I bought this double oven 6 months ago, but had to wait for my contractor to complete a kitchen remodel before we could use it. The appliances work so well that we prefer to stay home and cook than go out. Overall great value!

Microwave has reheating with manual built in. Stainless steal inside microwave, larger than my last one. Convection wall oven is a plus for quick baking. Customer service A+ and fast shipping for a large appliance.

I got this as part of our brand new house. It looks good. It came with 1 year warranty. Conventional oven is good and works as expected. But there are many issues with microwave oven: 1. Light bulb stopped working after 1.5 years ( after warranty period ). I have no idea how to change this bulb. There are no instructions in the manual. Based on some videos on you tube, apparently you have take out entire microwave over from the wall to change the bulb. What kind of design is this ? Why can't I simply unscrew and replace the new bulb ? I'm not complaining about bulb burning out, but the process of replacing it. I don't have time to take out 'in the wall' microwave, replace the bulb and put it back in. Also can someone point me to instructions on how to that. 2. Microwave door does not close properly, several times I have close the door again for sensor to detect the closure. I wish Whirlpool includes bulb change for free at least for 10 years. Microwave oven not recommended for hassle of changing bulb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove after reading many reviews and comparisons and are very happy with the stove. One complaint in which we were concerned was that the stove was noisy from the fan running; however, we hardly notice the fan running and do not find it to be an issue. The stove/microwave combination was an easy installation. It cooks and bakes very uniformly, does a very nice job. This stove cooks and bakes better than our previous GE profile oven. The controls are intutive and I really like the reheat setting on the microwave. Only three recommended improvements 1) back lighting for the controls 2) oven racks with easy glide oven racks 3) trim kit for oven should be included. We can not rate it on reliability as of yet since we have only had it installed for a month at this point.

So pretty and sleek looking! Works fabulous, no complaints! Have had it for 2 months now. Cooks evenly and throughout. Nice size too! No regrets! BUY IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We struggled with all of the choices in wall ovens but ultimately decided on this unit because it was the best value. So glad we did. It's attractive, has more features than I know what to do with and is so quiet! I keep opening the oven door to make sure it is working because I can't hear it warming up like my old one. Love having the convection cooking, oven heats evenly and microwave is top of the line.

I'm getting ready to install this unit and am finding out there's a trim kit you need installed unless you want to look at the ugly cabinet and mounting screws. Trim kit is $24 but are not available. It sure seems to me this kit should be part of the purchase price of $3000!! Very disappointing. What home owner wants to look at ugly mounting screws. Whirlpool provides a warming drawer deflector kit but most people don't need this deflector?? Now I have to wait for my installation for parts not available!! It also seems the sales person should know about any trim kits needed to install this unit and advise the customer!!

This new combination microwave/ wall oven with true convection cooking is a very efficient and a quiet unit to own. We have had it for approximately one month and so far it doesn't disappoint the wife. Other Whirlpool Gold products such as their dishwasher stand up to the task as well.

This unit is sleek and attractive. Oven heats up quickly. Easy to use without reading directions;I haven't even begun to enjoy all of its features. And, very quiet!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is an attractive combination. Easy to use, only complaint is the alarm for completed cooking can be heard from ANYWHERE in the house. I'm sure I'll grow to love it when I'm not startled by it while standing at the sink.

I think this cost more than it should in general. I hate that I have to have the door closed to run the broiler as I now forget and started burning things. The oven takes way too long to heat up. Literally, we turn it on before running to the take and bake pizza shop so it will be ready when we get home. It takes a good 10 min longer to reach 425 than my old kenmore. The front panel shows every stinking fingerprints and always looks dirty. The fan on the oven and micro are soooo loud and run way long after done cooking. Seriously, noise pollution status. Another big gripe is that when I clean the interior glass door there are vents in the top of the door and water, soap or cleaner can too easily get in and stays between the glass, yes, soapy drip marks between the glass. Ugh. So yes it heats and cooks food but always looks a mess, is noisy and takes too long. I paid too much for all this hassle. I avoid using this too often as a result.

Upgraded to this combo when we had our home built. Micro wave is fine,works great. But the oven is a different story! Fist off, you need an oven thermometer because the temp is never what you set it for, sometimes 30 degrees off. Also, without a bottom heating element, Making pizza is unheard of!! Can’t get a crisp crust at all!! Even when using a pizza stone!! Can’t believe there is no heating element on the bottom!! VERY FRUSTRATING....

I think this must have to do with the contractor or sub-contractor who obtains the units. I have had new appliances from a number of brands. Whirlpool is not a "bad" brand, but all are highly dependent upon the contractor(s) doing the install. The cabinetry space, the electrical, the storage and treatment of the units prior to install, the actual install, the amount of dust and debris if remodel or new construction will all have an impact. Plus, this does not account for random occurrences that are beyond the norm. Rodents, reptiles, insects, etc.... Depending on what market/geo you live in.

It did take a little adjusting to the new configuration, overall we’re very satisfied. All ovens are unique as my old oven tended to run cool. This one tends to run a little hotter, so small adjustments in temp we’re made. Would definitely buy this again!

Turns out that the microwave part is just a microwave. It looks like a small oven, has an oven door but is NOT one of those microwaves that can also function as a small convection oven. I wasn't paying close enough attention and they fooled us :-(
