What a privilege to have the opportunity to write a 5 star review for a new product that, while made by the same Whirlpool company as our original dishwasher, is far superior to our 16 yr old original unit. This unit is so quiet that you hear only water swishing occasionally, not the motor. It is spacious/deep and as the silverware holder is on the door, we have many options as to how to load a full days dishes. The silverware holder is unique, but easy to load by taking it off the door, loading it on your counter and then placing it back on the door where it locks securely in place. NOTE: the installation was so simple, that my wife did the entire installation as I am 80 yrs young with two knee replacements and cannot kneel on the floor to make the connections. Buy ti, you will love it!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. It seems to be smaller than the one I had. But they are all smaller on the inside. It seems to wash good.

I bought this three months ago. I'm amazed at how quiet this unit is running.

My new Whirlpool is replacing my old Whirlpool bought in 1995. You can't beat a Whirlpool dishwasher. However, Whirlpool does continue to make their appliances more user friendly and beautifully designed. I selected the "black" color as my kitchen has dark red walls with white trim, white cabinets with black hardware, and black w/gold fleck counter tops. It accents the kitchen beautifully. Could not be happier with the look and performance of this appliance!!

We installed TWO of these dishwashers a couple months ago. It is wonderfully quiet and cleans well. The cycle we use seems long. I'm going to check the other cycles.

Appears to be a lot of wasted space. Silverware holder very awkward and fragile. Bounce already broke

My wife and I chose this dishwasher when purchasing and new home. It is so nice and quiet.

This machine was inexpensive but does a great job cleaning and runs quietly.

We picked this out the same day that our old dishwasher died and installed it the next day. We have been very happy with it's performance. We are also happy with the noise level. After our old, noisy dishwasher we had to double check to make sure that this one was actually running!

Very satisfied with purchase. would like to see how much time is left in cycles, not sure how long till cycle is finished.

We bought this dishwasher about 9 months ago and it has worked well over that period. Replaced an 1970's washer that was incredibly loud and only somewhat functional so it is an amazing update. It is not whisper quiet, but very quiet for the cost range. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but an excellent buy for the money and includes everything we were looking for including the sanitize feature.

Whirpool makes great appliances, I would not purchase anything else.

This is an average dishwasher. We have issues with it drying our dishes even with running the 4 hour heat dry cycle at end of wash. There have been several times that our silverware is still dirty as well.

This was one of the less expensive dishwashers I looked at. Nice and quiet American made. What more do you need. Perfect.

When I bought a townhome recently, there was no question what appliances I would install. "Reliability" is the most appropriate quality you can search for in any appliance. From instructions to parts to service, the support is unparalleled. I have 2 rental properties- all with Whirlpool appliances so I don't have to worry about equipment failure.

I bought this unit from a local big box retailer because I was looking for a low end dishwasher for our home to fit under our low counter tops. This had all the features we needed. Mechanically it works fine, but there area already two ends of the racks that are showing rust through the finish. They have a free set of caps and epoxy, but it makes me wonder how long the rest of the machine will last.

Bought in Nov-2013. Started erratic behavior by Dec-2014 and broke down in a couple of months. The water control fails.

I bought this to replace the original Whirlpool dishwasher. I have had plenty of dishwashers in the past (including my wife) but this is the quietest machine ever. And oh BTW, it does an excellent job washing the dishes.

The dishwasher not only looks fantastic but it is working beautifully. The noise level is very low and not at all bothersome. Dishes come out sparkling! The 'programming' is extremely simple, as well. I have no complaints, especially about the bargain price!

This dishwasher cleans great,takes very little water or electric.i am all electric and have a well so this is a great savings on both.thank-you.

The washer works good at cleaning the dishes but does not dry them well

This is a very nice efficiency dishwasher. I would recommend it to anyone. It has a lot of room.

The most impressive thing I noticed immediately is how quiet this model is. The cleaning cycle is a lot longer than I am used to, but this lends to energy efficiency. The silverware basket is a bit small , which adds more basket space.

I bought this dishwasher several months ago as part of a kitchen remodel in my first home. It has worked very well for me and my wife and I have enjoyed having this as part of our home. I would purchase it again for another remodel or another home if I were to need to find a dishwasher again.

After a quiet wash everything comes clean clean, the only thing that would make it better is if it could put the dishes away too.

The purchase of the Whirlpool dishwasher was the best for our family. It replaced a 15 year old dishwasher that had issues with completely cleaning dishes and silverware. Whirlpool does a remarkable job of cleaning without having to spend time rinsing dishes. Everything is squeaky clean and healthy; In addition, it is so quiet.

This is a low budget dishwasher that provides good cleaning for the money. Washer is quiet, although I do seem to have to push the start button multiple times for it to start.

Had this now for a couple of months and my wife says it washes better than our previous one which was more expensive. Whisper quiet, don't notice it running most of the time. Love that it has an ECO mode to save energy.
