This dryer would be better if it had two way tumbling, so that sheets, blankets and larger items like these don't get tied up in a ball. Have to take out these items several times to untangle them in order to dry completely and not get all wrinkled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer to replace my Kenmore dryer and am happy with it, but it does have one annoying problem. It doesn't seem to have an option to turn off the "chimes" on the touch electronic controls. Other than that I'm happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this to replace my 10 year old Whirlpool Duet Dryer. The additional cycles, anti-wrinkle feature are used frequently. I love how the dryer "sings" as I set the cycles and when it stops. I have it for months and have had no problems.

I wanted both my new washer and dryer to look symmetrical in our new home. The machine is fairly quiet, fast when needed and cleans extra deep embedded dirt.I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We knew we wanted a front loading set that was energy efficient. There was really no contest with other brands...the Whirlpool Duet had the highest ratings within our budget. We have had the set for 2 months and have been very happy. Some reviews I had read mentioned noise being an issue, but we haven't noticed. I'm glad we purchased the Whirlpool set and I would do it again, even if we had $2,000+ to spend.

LOVE the fact I can load it up and dry all my towels all at once without having to hang the towels up all around the house to dry after! I am thrilled with it! We go through at least one load sometimes two a day consistently. Very happy.
