Wrinkles wrinkles wrinkles no matter what you do or try alway wrinkles!!!!

Space where gunk builds up in washing barrel that I'd not easily cleaned. Light colored comforters will com out dirty. Also small items fall between barrel and machine which causes it to go off Balance and then have soaking wet clothes.

We bought it maybe 6 months ago and it's the worst washer we ever owned. It actually makes your clothes dirty. My black clothes always comes out of the machine with white spots. I tried everything. Washing it twice, washing it inside out, washing it with extra rince, putting less clothes, putting less soap... I've never experienced such a nightmare when it comes to washing my clothes. Hate this washer. Don't buy it unless you want your clothes dirtier and you want to look like a fool.

I bought this machine and it's the best ever I'm very happy so is my wife with this machine thanks whirlpool company keep doing what you do best

I bought this a month ago and it is fantastic! Uses less water and energy. I love all of the features that it has especially the timer for when I am in a hurry I know how much longer it has until I can throw it in the dryer.It is also pretty quiet I almost forget that I am doing laundry. I would recommend this washer to everyone.

I have purchased and been given quite a few washers. I even had a beautiful set of front loaders. This washer is my favorite though.. from the stainless steel tub and overall look and design to the way it washes, I am impressed .. and I sold washers for years. I put a very bulky king sized comforter in that stunk to high heaven because my dogs had claimed it and it came out beautifully! .. I think perhaps the people who are having issues with the cleaning may not be using HE detergent or overloading and not piling the clothing loosely as the instructions say .. or they have a faulty washer. I also have the matching dryer. My husband and I love them and it was a perfect solution because I love the efficiency and gentleness on my clothing of front loaders but he hates them and swears they leak. This gave me the features I wanted and addressed his concerns perfectly! These were by far the best laundry purchase we have made in 17 years!

I am so happy with my new Whirlpool washer. I like the settings. It is quiet and has adjustable sound settings for a finished load. My white clothes are much whiter now.

I have never enjoyed a washer like I do this one! It's everything I could have wished for!

This washer seems to clean well EXCEPT for the fact that it leaves gray/white dust on the clothes after the cycle ends. Sometimes its out of control how much is left behind. You need a lint roller or a brush to get it off afterward. A blanket may be left completely covered in this stuff and you have to throw it back in a few times on the rinse cycle to help out. Using an extra rinse doesn't do the trick. Having to re-wash things is not economical either. If you leave the lid closed, a moldy mildew smell builds quickly, as does mold itself. You must use the Affresh cleaning tablets once or twice a month. It is fairly quiet which is nice. As someone else said it does wring the clothes very tightly and wrinkles them but gets a lot of water out. After a cycle in the drier they seem ok. In short, don't buy this - its a headache. The machine has also leaked onto the floor already and had to have a part replaced (under 1 year old). Attached is a photo of a sweatshirt hood with the dust on it. This is pretty typical. Although its been less common lately, blankets have been covered in this and dark clothes can often have this all over them or in big patches. Very irritating. Of course, whirlpool had nothing helpful to say.

Gets clothes really clean, love all the features. Fits perfectly in our spot. I was a little surprised how long it take for a large load (50+ minutes).

We are a family of 5 so I wanted a large tub size to do extra large loads (like the kind I did in the triple size washer at the Laundromat). This machine does A LOT in one load and fits an adult sleeping bag very comfortably. In one load I fit 4 large (decorative) sofa cushions and was still able to put in some towels & clothes and still the tub was not filled to capacity! I love the bleach & softener dispensers. The cycle length times are quite long, I don't think any are under 44mins, but I get the less agitation therefore longer cycle thing. The clothes are not treated harshly at all, its all about gentle, longer washing time which I did worry about getting the clothes clean, but they do come out clean and I consider myself somewhat of a clean freak! I will say though in terms of the cycle times if you dry a load whilst washing a load it works out because drying takes about 50mins anyway.This fits my need for big basin to do less loads and therefore less time doing laundry!

My mother bought us this set as a late wedding gift. We just had a baby in September and the dryer we had took forever to completely dry the loads...especially towels! We would forget about the laundry being in the dryer all of the time because we had to constantly re-dry them!! Also-with a new baby we had a lot more laundry to keep up with so we were very thankful for our new gift! We love our new washer & dryer!! It has been such a huge help and time saver...who knew doing laundry fun ;)

The first mishap was when the clear top separated from the lid, evidently because, the lid arrived broken from the manufacturer and now the entire lid has completely separated itself from the top of the machine. I thought I could live with that since it was at least $200.00 to replace a year old lid! What? Upon further scrutiny, I noticed the tub and light fixture (is completely rusted out, it's so bad I have pictures) and has been leaving RUST spots on my clothes....and that's if it isn't dripping bleach on my dark laundry!!! This machine twists laundry into the biggest mess....when it's taking a break from actual clothing destruction. It doesn't use enough water to wash the laundry; much less, rinse the laundry. I live for the day until I can AFFORD to throw this machine to the curb. This has been the longest 2 years of my life. Do NOT buy this machine.

After 3 months of research, this was the unit that won me over. You will not be disappointed

This thing broke down with hardly any use. Replaced the sensor today and it still has an uL error. The thing is level and still does the same. Chinese trash. Had it for 3 years and already giving headaches. Pure trash.

This washer ruined our clothes and towels because it didn’t put enough water into it to rinse out the dirt and soap. I often ran loads through twice trying to make sure they were rinsed properly. It agitated and spun so fast That every single thing came out twisted and tied together. Tshirts were stretched out totally. I read every Manuel and followed every suggestion. Towels looked dirty even though they were always washed every single week, sometimes more. We had it for two years and we are giving it away.

purchased this product new after my 20 + year old washing machine finally died. This washing machine is made with cheap plastic. After 1 year of use, the spin cycle has caused the wash bin plastic to completely shred and now it does not even turn on. Will never buy Whirlpool again.

The clothes come out of the washer more wrinkled than my previous whirpool and they are coming out of the dryer wrinkled too! My prevoius whirlpools were wonderful!!! These are not!!! I am not happy with them!
