[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stovetop and oven. It’s aesthetically pleasing, and easy to clean. The different burners (power and simmer) are nice features. I feel like the oven temp is on point. The only thing I would change, and this is more of a convenience factor- is the knobs for the two front burners (the primary ones used since they are in the front), should be placed far left and far right, vs interior knobs. I always go for those knobs first, yet they are for the back burners. Other than that, I’m happy with the product. ☺️

This range and oven came with our new home. The range works as it should, the oven cooks well also. The problem with this appliance is that the outside of the oven gets dangerously hot when it is on. When the oven is on, the entire outside of the door gets so hot it cannot be touched, and it also heats up the oven door handle so much so that it cannot be safely grabbed with your bare hands. In a home with two small children, we can no longer safely keep this in our home, as one child has already burned his finger badly by touching the outside of the oven door while it was on (see attached photo). I guess if you don't have small children this isn't an issue, but we've only had this appliance for a little over a month and are already looking to replace it.

This stove lights in a cluck and oven heats and cools super fast. I am glade we chose this one. I love the top. We can slide our cast iron from one side to the other with no lifting required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it installed a couple of days so haven’t used it much. So far I am very happy with my purchase. Will possibly need plumber to come back and recalibrate it but will wait until I use oven to know what functions need it. I would prefer it came with broiler pan to be included but fortunately I saved the one from my old range which should work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 13# turkey was almost TOO MUCH for the oven rack to handle. It bowed and was exceptionally low quality. There was NO rack for the broiler - you must use one of the low quality oven racks. Broiler is not powerful (hot) - took a extra long time just to roast red peppers and had to actually LAY ON THE FLOOR in order to physically and visually access the items in the broiler.

That being said we were looking for a basic stove that would do what was needed without a bunch of bells and whistles. The only issue we seem to be having is that a brown almost burnt food stain happens more of then than not.

I for the life of me do not understand why there are two racks and not three? If you want to use the broiler you have to move the rack down. Works good fir a new gas user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this stove for about a month now and love it. The oven heats up fast. Dial and buttons are easy to use. The only downfall is it isn't a self cleaner.

I just bought this oven and already despise it. We weren’t told in the store that the bottom was the broiler. Furthermore, because the bottom is the broiler, the whole unit gets insanely hot, along with your kitchen. My knobs on my kitchen cabinets are even too hot to touch from the oven being on for an hour. Do not buy this oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a month now and I love it. Everything feels solid from the knobs to the handle. I love the different type of burners you get and the grates are heavy duty and easy to clean.

I purchased this model (WFG320MOBS) Whirlpool has range 10\21\18 and less than two years later, the oven handle hardware failed when one side came loose, the sides holding the oven tempered glass swung loose, the oven tempered glass shattered to smithereens on my kitchen floor, a gas knob fell on the floor. It disintegrated before my eyes! Hint: Examine the oven door handle design before buying!

I contacted the store immediately and they have been working with your customer service and I have also been passed around by your customer service and nothing has happened or is scheduled to happen. I couldn’t be more disappointed in Whirlpool. You say there’s nothing you can do for inconvenience but I bought a new stove for my new house a month ago and I still can’t use it and you haven’t fixed it. That’s beyond an inconvenience.
