[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't get to see this refrigerator in person. None were on display within 50 miles of me. So only online. This replaced a 20 yr old whirlpool fridge. I wish I still had the old one. It had better lighting. The shelves were more adjustable. A gallon of milk would fit in the door. On this model the freezer seal constantly sags out of the track it was supposed to be installed into. I still haven't been able to get the stainless steel looking good. It shows everything. It does keep food cold.

I purchased the same whirlpool fridge 3 years ago when I bought my house and now it does not work I've replaced the capacitor to start a relay clean the coils and even recharged the refrigerant, still nothing, no cooling at all. Whirlpool only offers a one year warranty with their products so now after only three short years I will be spending money on another fridge it will definitely not be another whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer does not keep Ice cream frozen hard. also there are no covers on the door hinges so you see sliver at the top and bottom of the door and it stands out since it is all black.

The freezer is not that big, but perfect for my needs. And it comes with the under drawer that can slide from side to side depending on where you want to place your items.

I like it for the most part. The ice maker is very loud and very slow. Also overfills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about 6 weeks ago. I previously had a side-by-side. This top freezer has so much more room. I am happy with that. Plenty of room in the fridge as well. The sliding deli drawer does not slide as smoothly as it should. Also, if you put anything a bit too heavy in there (like a couple packages of cheeses) it falls off of the track.

Not what I was expecting the shelves are to close together you can barely fit a 2 litter on the shelves or the doors .
