No technical support available due to holiday. Replace evaporator fan motor myself. Still waiting for Demontron, Thor or whirlpool to do the right thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator fits into the small space (28 x 30") of its 25+ year old predecessor. Most do not without spending 3 times the cost. Overall the refrigerator is fine. It runs quiet and has maintained temperatures as expected. The doors were easy to reverse and the sliding Deli Drawer is a nice feature even though it will probably remain in the same space after setting up. This refrigerator is ice maker ready that requires an extra purchase and setup. It's a cost saving if you are not interested in having an automatic ice maker. The interior light is disappointing with only one bulb slightly to the right of center. It leaves the left side in partial shadow. The adjustable shelving provides flexibility in setting up the refrigerator the way you want it. Overall, this is a good refrigerator (so far) for the price and size. Hopefully this one will last as long as the last Whirlpool refrigerator did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge for the money. I was limited as to what I could put into the existing space, and the dimensions of this worked for me. The only issues were that there was some sort of sticky grease in various places on glass shelves, and also the two crisper drawers are a bit hard to get closed all the way. Other than that, I've been quite happy with it. The delivery service that was provided, however, was atrocious. They refused to disconnect the water line from my old refrigerator (luckily a friend was able to come and do it for me) and it also took me three sessions of mopping to clean up all of the snow and ice melt that they tracked into my house. I would not recommend the home delivery to ANYONE.

it's a good little refrigerator - keeps the temperature consistent!only issue it sometimes makes a high pitched whining noise when it's running - i hope this won't become a problem later on!!!

Our fridge is in our RV and came with it. We’ve been dealing with this thing breaking down for over a year. Every time it breaks it’s something different. We’ve had to use coolers countless time because every time we want to camp it goes bad. For over 2 months we’ve tried to get it fixed, they replaced 4 parts 2 weeks ago and said it wasn’t cooling properly but I used it for 4 days and worked fine. 2 days later it’s not working, another part I sure bad. What does it take to get it replaced? I’d hate to think this was in my house and I was over 2 months without a fridge!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this refrigerator mainly based on size and the fact that it has rollers/wheels to move it more easily. The shelving is appropriate for what I'd expect for the price. A little on the noisy side and I don't think it has a light for the freezer compartment? Overall it's ok for the price and hopefully it will last for a number of years.

This refrigerator worked for only 7 days , then it took 11 days after that for a repair man to come and fix it. DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bough this refrigerator to use in our lower level bar area. It offers a lot of storage for a smaller, sleek appliance. I'm glad we opted for the glass versus wire shelves so that cans/bottles can easily be stored. It's also nice to have the sliding drawer so that we can move as needed to store bottles below. My only regret is I wish I would have opted for the finger-print resistant stainless. It shows each and every finger print that touches the doors.

I wish the refrigerator comes with a egg basket , ice tray and offers the colour bisque like my previous refrigerator Maytag plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was to replace an older larger refrigerator that had been installed without providing sufficient clearances for proper circulation. Consequently we had a lot of food spoilage because even at the highest setting the refrigerator was not cold enough. The new Whirpool is perfectly sized for the space we have and cools perfectly at the factory settings.
