Quiet motor, two movable storage baskets, lots of space. This is just what we needed.

We've had this freezer a few months now and seems to work great, although it is not as silent as other reviewers have maintained.

This product does not have everything expected(this was not a Home Depot advertising problem} . There is no inside light. There is no alarm or light to know if the electricity is on. Otherwise, it meets all that was expected in size and space. The lock is adequate but the "key" is flimsy.

I bought this product a couple of months ago am, completely saitisfied with the performance, features and innovation of this product. Would definitely recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

I reside with a house hold of more than 10 and the spacing this freezer provided was ample for the frozen items needed for storage, the cost was within what I was needing to pay and thus far no issues. Ive recommended it to three persons of which all purchased the item. I love my purchase.

I've had the freezer for a couple months now. It's very quiet and large enough for what we need and then some.

My Whirlpool chest freezer is exactly what my wife and I wanted, nothing else came close. It had all the features we were looking for and them some.

I've only had this freezer for one month but am happy I bought it. Has all the features I wanted like temp alarm, power light and solid core lid. My plan was to replace the 20 year old unit and keep it as a spare should the need arise. The plan is working! Holds temp very nicely (middle setting - 0 degrees) and is fairly quiet. Not as quiet as the one it replaced but quiet enough. You should know the 2 baskets obviously take up space. I plan to remove one if additional room but so far - plenty of space. Nice job Whirlpool!

We've had this chest freezer for several months. It has been a wonderful resource. I've frozen fresh peaches and blueberries this summer along with fresh peas from the local farmers' markets. I like the inside lights, the power on light, and the temperature controls. Large baskets are provided, and I added a few I had from my old freezer. My freezer is organized and accessiible

What you have here is a box; a box that freezes stuff you put in it. Not much more to it. So far it has frozen and maintained frozen the stuff that I put in it so it is meeting my expectations. It is a big open box so you will want to organize where you put your stuff, because after it is frozen you will have very hard blocks of frozen stuff that can be difficult to rummage through to find the stuff you want. If you want a box that does other stuff, then this is not the right box for you to put your stuff in. This box doesn't tell you the temperature or offer a lot of different ways to organize your stuff; just two baskets that slide along the top of the box to put the stuff you are most likely to use most often in. As far as I am concerned, this is a fine freeze box to stuff my stuff in.

I've had this freezer for two months now and have had no issues. Seems to be well constructed and it deep freezes items quickly. My power went out for almost 4 hours and everything was still solidly frozen once power was restored. The only reason why I didn't give this 5 stars is because I would have liked to see some compartment separaters inside that are on some other similar model brands.

It has performed nicely. High quality. It has been a joy to own.

Bought this to replace another brand of freezer that stopped working (faulty internal hoses) after less than 2 years. This freezer is working great, and has more room. I am very happy with it, especially the room in it.

We've all seen the commercials expressing the great quality the Whirlpool name has to offer. I can honestly say the freezer we just purchased is both efficient and space saving. We are able to keep an 8 month supply of meat in it with much more room to spare. I highly recommend it.

The freezer is really quiet and there is lots of space for everything. Having 2 baskets is super handy so that I can quickly grab frequently used items. My brother has the exact same freezer and he loves it too!

Whirlpool 14.8 cu. ft. chest freezer is great for our family of four. Was easy to pick up and unload ourselves. Lid is lightweight and side baskets perfect for frequently used food items. Energy Star qualification is a nice bonus. Love it!

Replaced a 40 year old unit with this one and have no regrets. The power on light and high temperature warning are nice features.

This is an excellent freezer. I love the two bins that fit in the top. We use them for smaller items, and items we use frequently. We are very pleased..

I love my whirlpool product , I just got a whirlpool chest freezer.

My freezer by Whirlpool is quiet and I love the money we have been able to save. Also, it's big enough to not only store several weeks worth of food but has plenty of room for large bags of ice. This freed up the freezer in the refrigerator in our kitchen so overall it was a great investment.

I bought this even though my old one worked fine. The reason was my old one was about 50 years old and I wanted to see if a new one would affect my electric bill. It greatly reduce the operation cost and is working perfect and quiet.

I looked at every chest freezer out there and I know I got the best price and a good quality freezer that's very efficient.

We love our new freezer. We had a 40 year old chest freezer and with just the 2of us home now we could never keep it filled . It did cost us money to run. This one we have now is great. it holds all the frozen things we buy, works great, is very quiet when running. It also has saved us money on our hydro bill. We really like that feature.

This freezer meets all our requirements with no noticeable increase in our energy consumption.

I bought this appliance used from a one-time owner. It works veery well and I am happy with it.
