The inside door plastic at the latch cracked all the way across the door in two places. This expensive brand should be more durable and last more than two years.

Love this microwave. It has a lot of nice features and everything works great so far. I like the sensors that automatically reheat the food and it's easy to clean. I haven't really used the convection oven yet, but I can't wait to test it out. I definitely recommend this product.

I have had this OTR oven for 1 month...& so far very impressed! Love all the features, still learning how to use them all. Would recommend this to anyone..

I purchased to upgrade to Convection. I am surprised that the Instructions did not include more detail about operating the products. I don't care for the cook top light. In this model it's to the back. I typically leave it on at night and the lighting is pretty low. Finally, I ordered the product on-line and the system recommended that I purchase a new wall mount even if I had an existing one. I used Home Depot Installation and they didn't use it and indicated that it wasn't required. So, I have to request a refund.

Internal filters need to be changed every DJ months as per manual.this requires unscrewing a plastic vent which is very flimsy at the screw site and broke first time we change the filter Now we get open and close door message requiring me you unplug and reset which sometimes works Very frustrating and for the more than 200 repair cost we will need to replace this unit.it’s less than. 3 years old

This is a awesome Convection Microwave. Every kitchen should have one. It's easy and fast to learn.

I bought it a month ago, the best microwave I've owned. Looks great, cooks great and the bonus is it's really quiet. Love it!

I bought this to replace my old convection/microwave combo oven and I cant get the convection to cook properly. There are no clear directions. There is no detailed manual to explain when to use the rack, when to use the little round thing, etc. I have had no luck using this oven and would like some instructions. For example, when I put in the rack and try to cook convection mode, chicken breasts, they do not brown and just dry out. Any advice, consultation would be much appreciated. Have tried calling Whirlpool Help line, no joy. All they can do is repeat the minimal instructions on the card and they are not sure what they mean either.

We replaced all of our eleven year old kitchen appliances roughly a month ago simply because we wanted to. We chose to go back with Whirlpool products, choosing this microwave because of the door design, plus the fact that it is TRUE CONVECTION. This is a feature my wife felt we did not necessarily need because we also purchased a range with true convection. However, it is not unusual at all to see my wife using the convection feature of our microwave. Last evening she fixed some biscuits using this feature and I honestly could not tell the difference between baking them in the microwave over fixing them in the range oven. We love the design of the door and placement of the electronic readouts and touch pads. Being a retired service technician, I was sold on this feature once I discovered the electronic boards are not in the door, located above the heat from the range. We love this microwave, and have sold a friend on it as well. Theirs was delivered earlier this week.

I am very happy with the microwave/oven. Using convection for the first time I was pleased with the results and ease of use.

This Microwave has made my life so much easier. It is a great convection, cooks quick and easy. Great for a working woman with very little time. The microwave part is fast and the best I have used.

Thrilled with our new purchase of the combination microwave/convect oven! Always longed for a second oven and this was the perfect answer! Preparing small meals not needing the space of the large oven, is an energy saver.... plus when needed as a second oven, it is there to put to work!

I bought a microwave gold (accu wave system) 6 years ago at Island appliance in wilmington nc. The "vent" or piece across the length of the top is broken and I need another to replace it, it is 1.8 cu. ft. microwave, can you help?

We got our new Micro/oven a few weeks ago and are very happy with it. It has so many features that we are still working our way through the handy cheat sheet instructions they provide, but are very satisfied with the purchase. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone in a small space (condo, small home etc.) that needs a nice extra cooking option.

I've had this microwave for almost a year. I am somewhat disappointed in it. The convection aspect is VERY loud. Also the popcorn sensor button seems to leave quite a few of the kernels still uncooked in the bag. Sometimes the bag doesn't even open all the way. At the end of the day it is still just a microwave even though I was hoping for a bit more.......

Nothing more than an over priced, extremely noisy, microwave. The convection is not at all what was promised to be. Very disappointed.

I bought this unit to replace a builder-grade Whirlpool model. The fit was perfect, so thank you Whirlpool for making your over-the-range models effortlessly interchangeable. I love the convection feature--it's such a time-saver for a kitchen that has only one full-sized oven. Give this one a look!

We purchased this for our new home and I had no idea the many different things you could use it for-not just a microwave, it is awesome all the way around from softening butter to baking

I bought three months ago and am so happy because is easy, beautiful.

I am still getting used to my new over the cooktop microwave. It replaced a GE that I had for many years. It does everything I need and then some. I will definitely try using the convection unit more for baking. I used it once so far. I have no reason to feel disappointed with this unit.

I bought a new combonation microwave to replace my 9 year old Whirlpool microwave oven that was still working. I love my new oven for its versaltility. I can use it as a microwave or a regular small oven.
