Love this fan! It arrived in perfect condition on the date agreed upon, easy to assemble and install, literally took 30 minutes from box to ceiling (my husband has installed 3 fans in his life prior). Looks beautiful in my office, works perfectly even came with bulbs. I have had it about 1 week and would recommend to my friends and family, it was inexpensive under $100 but excellent quality! Great expereince with Home Depot and Westinghouse.

Not too bulky or too small....but does ventilate great...and is quiet...easy install.

I bought this primarily on its style and size for a small office on the 2nd floor of our home. This room even with ac tends to stay hot. The fan helps circulate the air but its not the best. If you have a really hot small room i would look for something slightly larger or with more blades.

First time installing a fan and it went well! Referenced a Home Depot video on how to install a fan to supplement the paper instructions. This fan is modern looking and instantly updates our kitchen. The fan is quiet but powerful.

Nice looking fan. Really easy to install. Took all of 30 minutes tops, and that includes taking the old fan down. Comes with plenty wire footage..I ended up cutting about 2 feet of wire off..My favorite feature is the light kit. I like the low profile light versus the dangling glasses that usually come with the other kits. This went up in my room and was tired of the girly features that the dangling glasses make. My only suggestion and complaint is the low wattage bulbs. Doesn't really produce the amount of light I am accustomed to. Only uses 2 bulbs in the fixture, which are included. Has 3 speeds for the fan, and comes with a pull chain for the light and fan, but can be hooked up for light wall switch use. My room may be 100 square feet. So if you are wanting brighter lights in a larger room, you might want to purchase a different fan. But for a small room this should work great. If the lights were brighter or if you could use higher wattage bulbs, this would have been 5 stars easily.

I've installed two of these as replacements of older fans. Installation was straightforward and an easy one person job. The wires for the fan are long enough to rest it on a table while wiring to a standard 7' ceiling. There is also a bracket that holds the weight of the fan while you secure it. While I haven't run the fans other than to test, they are quiet and move a lot of air, even on low. I've installed one over our kitchen island, and it provides plenty of task light, while also illuminating the room. The bulbs are an unusual size, but from a quick look online, they can be replaced with equivalent LEDs.

Purchased fan for a small/medium sized bedroom and it is the perfect size for such room/s. Would probably be too small for any room larger than approx. 12'x12'. That being said, I was looking for a more modern style (which in lower priced range, is next to impossible) and the finish and blade color options (Dark & light wood look), are very attractive. Time will only tell as to the durability, but fan seems well made and ease of install was well above average, as I have installed many different fans in many different settings. Needed no blade balancing upon install and is relatively quiet. Moves air well and pull chains are nicely designed and solid for the price. Amount of light (with factory provided bulbs) is a little low, but sufficient for small to mid sized room.

Just installed this bad boy in our kitchen tonight, it was easy to install, the light and fan work great! It is currently 30 degrees where we live so we haven't tried to fan to it's fullest yet. But it looks great and is a major upgrade compared to what was there before! and the price was right!

I purchased two of these fans -- one for my spare bedroom and another for my living room. The price was great, but I was somewhat hesitant about purchasing based on the humming/buzzing noise mentioned in other reviews. The fans do hum, but to me it's not very loud. The living room fan also hums much less than the spare room fan (no idea why). Noise aside, I am very pleased with the design and quality of the fan. Looks great with my contemporary condo. The side of the blades is silver, which I thought looked cheap up close, but it looks good now that it's installed. I also replaced the bulbs that were included because they weren't very bright (used halogens instead). I also washed the light plate because it had a plasticy smell. Went away after washing with soap and water. Overall, I am pleased with the design, price, and function of the fan despite the other minor issues.

Quality is marked down 1 because only time will tell. But from what I can tell, all looks good so far. Very easy to install. All parts are there in box. One blade was knicked on the black side, but I used to other side, so i was ok. It's quite too.

This fan is perfect for a bedroom its quiet and the light is not overwhelming. Only thing I did contrary to the instructions was put the blade brackets on but not the blades til after the fan was mounted.

Great value in a ceiling fan. Installation was straight forward. The look and fit and finish of the fan were of a quality product. The fan puts out plenty of air for the small bedroom it was installed in. The light output is good, and dims with the optional wireless remote that I purchased separately and installed in the canopy of this fan.

Put in my 10X10 bedroom. Excellent air flow. The light bulbs that come with it are a little dim, but just replaced with new LED bulbs. Simple fix. Looks great. Awesome fan for the price. I would highly recommend this fan.

I'll admit it's a good looking fan but the motor has a really loud hum and the light kit does not put out enough light.

Aesthetically pleasing with little wobble while it's rotating. High speed setting does cause a bit of wobble. I did not mount directly to the ceiling so a little wobble is no concern. The fan does tend to hum a bit on the middle speed setting so if you're looking for a fan that's dead silent you should pick something different. I sleep to white noise anyway so the hum is of no concern to me.

Bought for mu grandson’s room which is small. Nice looking fan but doesn’t put out enough light! The room is too dark, and needs a lamp too.

Love this fan!!!! Looks perfect in my little kitchen. fan is silent and provides good airflow.I would like a brighter light, but that isn’t a deal breaker. Great value for the price.

I will be returning the 2 fans . The noise that the fan motor makes a loud humming sound is not good.

LOVE look of fan - wish bulb cover was not so frosted - would let more light thru. Had it installed so ugly co. name plate on fan not visible when entering room. Changed fan pulls to pretty oil rubbed bronze ones - made big diff. It’s quiet/great air flow! All in all I’m very happy with it!

I absolutely love the fan! I ended buying another 2 for the kitchen.
