After months and months of online and store shopping I finally found the correct fan to replace the dinosaur fan that came with the house. I liked the styling of this one and the blades matched my flooring. Despite some reviews to the contrary, the fan is quiet...at least in comparison to the dinosaur. And it is smaller than anticipated which is fine. I am pleased.

looks good but some parts came in a little bent on one of them, the other, which is in pristine condition, looks good even though there is a balancing problem that causes it to rock, but only a person with a lot of attention to detail would notice the little rocking. They are not quiet fans. If you want something quiet, spend more money.

Was easy to assemble and install.

Nice fan but the light needed to be brighter very dim, can't buy higher wattage because the max is 40 watts but other than than it works fine.

Purchased for my grandkids bedrooms. Easy install, quite operation, lighting good and provides sufficient air movement. Have been installed for two weeks and we are pleased with the look and quality.

Our only issue is that the glass dome broke when we insert it. It was our fault and are now waiting for a replacement. Unfortunately it's an added cost. Be sure the dome is in "secure" before you let go

I bought these to replace older ceiling fans in my kids and a guest room. Easy to assemble and the motor and hardware seems good quality for the price. Cons are that the 42 inch does not move much air at all and the light is dim. I did change to a brighter bulb, but due to the design it did not make much of a difference.

The fan moves air great on my sloped ceiling but the lights are as bright as a night-light. They are also incandescent so they are super hot. I replaced them with 60w LED equivalent. 500 lumens per bulb helped. The motor has a considerable hum. This gets annoying in my home office.

I've only had it a month, but it works well. Not real fancy, but good for secondary bedroom.

This fan was purchased to replace a ceiling fan in the kitchen. My husband installed this fan and stated it was relatively easy (he has replaced 2 other ceiling fans in our house before). The instructions were simple to follow. Everything was clearly marked. This fan replaced a ceiling fan that had "trumpet" lights; this fan does not produce as much light as the trumpet lights, but the amount of light it produces is decent. The fan moves air very well. Shipping was fast and the product arrived well packaged.

Finally fans in my kids rooms. Now they are happy. Easy to install and perfect size for their 12 by 12 rooms!

These fans have a nice, modern look, and at $80, I thought they were a good deal. But they are noisier than the old fans they replaced. I almost had one installed in the bedroom, but I went with a Harbor Breeze there instead, which I can barely hear. The Westinghouse fans really make a racket!

We decided to return the brushed nickel fan and exchanged it for the gunmetal fan. The blades on the brushed nickel fan looked kind of cheap. They had a gray edge and were dark wood on one side and light wood on the other side. Unfortunately, if we were standing in the hallway outside of the bedroom the fan was in, we could see the color of the opposite side of the blade. It just didn't look very good. So we tried out the gunmetal fan instead. We are much happier with the gunmetal. It looks beautiful. The only thing we didn't like about the gunmetal fan was the color of the pull chains (gold). That was an easy fix. We just bought new pull chains in bronze for $6 (better match than the gold). It looks great with bronze pull chains. We plan to buy two more fans in gunmetal for our other bedrooms. Nice fan for a great price and provides a good breeze and lighting for 12x12 room space. I would give the gunmetal fan 5 stars but am only giving the brushed nickel 3 stars.

It comes with 3 speeds and reversible switch. It is also remote control adaptable. It is backed by a lifetime warranty on the motor and a 2-year warranty on all other parts.

Easy enough to install & nice looking. However, I agree, motor makes ridiculously loud hum when on low, a bit less on med & high seems to be fine. Sounds like a jet engine at night, when all is quiet. Shame really for such a commonplace item...

Great looking fan! The size is perfect with the amount of air circulated and amount of light. It is a little louder than we hoped for on the lowest speed, but great fit for our small living room.

I had some issues having the item shipped to my house. It arrived broken and packed very poorly. After an hour of talking with the online support team (and returning the broken item in store) I received an extra 10% off and expedited shipping. They don't sell this fan at my local HD. The new item arrived pretty quick and unbroken. The fan is extremely easy to install. For the size the fan puts off a good amount of air movement. It's quite, modern looking, and small. For the price it's a great fan. Good for small spaces.

This is a beautiful and functional fan that is contemporary in styling. I find that it is large enough to move the air quietly in our guest bedroom, yet small enough to not over power the room. The light fixture goes well with the decor, but does not put out enough light for a small, south facing room with only one window. I replaced the two included bulbs with 60 watt equivalent daylight LED bulbs that brightened the room and the two nightstands each have a 40 watt LED lamp on them, so the room is bright and the fan is great. Small note - if you need a longer down rod there is a couple of extra feet of wire that can be used. I ended up cutting the extra as it did not fit into the ceiling box.
