Is unobtrusive and simply designed. Needed an adjustment and now does what it is supposed to do. Move the air quietly. . Had my super install for me. Could not have done by myself. Very well priced.

Brand new and just installed so I don't have a track record yet but so far all good. Was bought for a new house so the electricians installed it so I can't comment on the ease of installation either but it looks good, moves the air well and is quiet. Also a remote is included with three fan speeds and on/off and dimming feature on the light. Some fans with remotes don't have that. We will try it for awhile and report back after some experience!

Great fixture! Clean and sharp appearance. The assembly is a little more involved but if you have any sort of electrical background or experience it shouldn't take you more than an hour or so.

nice inexpensive quiet ceiling fan with reversible blades for a discrete appearance & optional remote control that was tedious to install but overall a good purchase. perfect for a small room with good cooling potential.

The fan was easy to assembly by one person due to the hanging mechanism which supported the weight of the fan while I worked on installing it. This fan is very attractive and operates quietly. My one big dislike is that the required bulbs are candelabra base, and that there are only two of them. One of the two bulbs included in the box was shattered and unusable. That didn't matter so much because we were planning on replacing those bulbs with dimmable LED 60watt bulbs. dimmable LED 60watt bulbs are hard to find but that high of a wattage is required to offset the small candelabra bulbs and the fact that the unit can only take two of them. We found them at lowes, the competition, and are very pleased with out home depot fan with lowes bulbs. we mounted this fan on a standard 7ft6in ceiling using the extension rod and the total distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the fan unit was 14".perfect height/length.

Difficult to install by my condo's maintenance person, who had installed multiple fans in our building! It looks nice and works well.

We bought two of these. They were not overly complicated to install, and they look nice. So far they are working fine.

Assembly direction clarity not great but not real bad. I wired mine up such that the lights still use double (3-way) wall switch (i.e. only fan uses remote) and I also replaced factory bulbs with cooler/brighter LED bulbs. It took about 2 hours to install with a break for lunch. Fan speed on highest setting could be faster I guess but still happy with look/design.

This fan was very easy to install. It operates Great My wife wanted this fan installed in the kitchen to keep it cooled off when she was cooking. She is very happy and loves the fact that it is close to the ceiling. GREAT PURCHASE.

So my boyfriend and his dad put up the fan for me. They have put up many fans before. This took them a couple of hours. You will need to have patience. The fan is working great. It's very quiet. My only complaint is that the light is not bright enough. It's more like a dim lighting.

The fan is attractive, modern-looking and just right for a small bedroom.

Very nice looking fan! Was installed solo in under 2 hours, and I'm no electrician. The flush mount and relatively shallow light portion made it a great choice for the 8 foot ceilings in our bedroom, 6'4 and able to stand with plenty go head clearance. Slight amount of noise when fan is running at high speed, but not enough to disrupt sleep.

I bought this for my husbands den and he loves it.

1. Undoubtedly the worst set of instructions ever. 2. Flush mounting is a bear due to lack of space in housing. 3. One Blade Bracket was faulty. Had to get it replaced. 4. Attaching blades was cumbersome. 5. Once I was finished it workes fine!!!

Very pleased with the price and appearance. Puts out a nice breeze even on the lowest speed. Dimmer capability on the light function a big plus.

Very pleased with the installed product. Beautiful look for the bedroom. Good airflow. Remote is very practical. Installation was a bit cumbersome getting all wires in a small space in the fixture. Other than that very pleased with this fan.

What an install nightmare! I've installed many ceiling fans and this by far was the most tedious. My fan did not come with the ceiling plate with a hook to hang the fan on while you wire it in; I had to "make" my own hook. Getting the remote receiver crammed into the small space was no easy task either. Something that should have taken about an hour to install took about 4 hours. BUT the end result is a beautiful fan and I would probably go through the ordeal again.

Received the unit and assembled and wired it up. Light worked and fan motor would only turn very slowly after I hand started it. Returned it to the store and purchased a chain pull version.

LOVE this fan! It is modern looking, very quiet even at high speed setting. The remote does everything. Changes speeds and dims the lights. My room is 14.5 X 13.5 and it is very adequate for a 46" fan. Shipping was fast. Price was very reasonable for the quality. Thank you Westinghouse and Home Depot

I struggled a bit to get this installed. There is a remote control for all the functions and placing the receiver in the unit was tough, plus getting the motor mounted to the ceiling bracket with the wiring inside was took some effort. The other problem is that I want to control the whether the light is on or off with the wall switch, there is a clear lag between hitting the switch and the light turning on. Also, there is a ground wire included, but the instructions don’t give any indication where to connect this on the motor assembly. The remote has some great features you can control all the functions of the fan with it, three speeds, a dimmer for the light and an on/off switch, which is instantaneous.

I have installed half a dozen ceiling fans. This is by far the most difficult I have encountered. The quality is good but the design of the fan itself creates difficulty in the installation. Once it was up, I was pleased. During the installation I was cursing.

We like the look and operation of this fan. Our only reservation is because on a couple of occasions the lights have blinked. It hasn't happened lately though. If this is not going to be a problem, we will be very pleased with this product and consider it an excellent value. Can't really speak to the ease of installation because our contractor did it for us. He said is was kind of tricky.

This small, sleek fan is perfect for a small to medium-sized bedroom. It's white so it's blends right in with our ceilings. It's very powerful and moves a lot of air, but is quiet at the same time. The remote feature is really nice. I didn't know (this is my first experience with ceiling fans) that the brackets have to be purchased separately. The installation took much longer than anticipated, but could again be because it was our first time. All in all, these fans are a great value at this price point and I would recommend them!

Appearance is beautiful; quality is excellent; value is terrific. No problem with installatino and the remote on the wall is wonderful. I ordered two and am ordering two more.

Good lighting and air-flow for our kid's bedroom. Had been looking for an all white fan for a long time and we are vey happy with the way this one looks. Does not look cheap like most other white ones out there that have a lot of plastic-looking parts. Only thing I do not like is that the remote control holder does not fit over the light switch like the ones from other brands.

THE PRODUCT IS NICER LOOKING THAN PIC SHOWS ON INTERNET. VERY QUIET.

I don't find ceiling fans especially with lights attractive so I was very pleased with this one because it is compact and close to the ceiling. Also I got it in White which makes it disappear into the White ceiling. The fan comes with everything, remote, remote holder, even light bulbs. With these fans you have the option of ceiling hugger or short pole for slanted ceiling. It is quiet as a mouse and does not wobble. The only complanit from my electrician was the cup that holds all the wires is way to small and it took extra time to work all the wires in to the cup. The shipping was fast.

I had a friend help me install this, who admitedly, had a lot more experience than I did doing this sort of thing. The directions were good and we were done with it and the replacement of my dimmer switch with a basic toggle in 1.5 hrs. The only trouble we experienced was when testing the fan, it would wobble. We had loosened the mounting bracket because it was hard to get the fan assembly/canopy to slide into place over the screws on the mounting bracket. We ended up tightening the mounting bracket and taking off the two screws in it, lifting the canopy into place, and then replacing the screws. Definitely a two person job. Other than that, it works great in my 12' x 18' room, It's quiet and I love the dimmer feature.
