I had the pleasure of using this ladder for the first contractor I ever worked for. It's a bit heavier than a standard 4ft. ladder, but that's expected with such a heavy duty build and ladder rating. The versatility of a twin step ladder is also very useful situationally. I'm glad I finally got to purchase my own.

Poor quality breaks easy.

Sturdy yet easy enough to move and set up. No twisting or undue flexing. Great ladder for the money!

It is what I needed, but it is big and not so light. A good buy.

Very sturdy ladder, I primary use this ladder to go to my addict above the garage to haul up and down the seasons boxes/totes, the garage has 12 foot ceilings. My previous ladder was an Orange Husky, I thought it looked like a Werner, maybe Werner makes it for Home Depot it was ok but rocked and sometimes moved when you climbed it, the legs did not seem as stationary as I though they should be; after about 10 years, the rivet for the cross link broke and I decided it was time to upgrade, .. This new Werner ladder is solid, I can go to the addict and bring down the Christmas boxes and the ladder does not sway or move , I am very impressed, very glad I bought it. I like the twin steps, I would definitely purchase again, but I think this will last me a very long time..

This was the most screwed up, fouled up mess I have ever encountered with a vendor.

It’s a great ladder, super sturdy, but really heavy. I’m going to figure out how to put an axle and wheels on it for moving it around.

Outstanding ladder for performing a job in an open space that requires two people.
