This ladder looks strong and of good quality. The top has places to put tools (screwdrivers, drill, etc.). Also you can get accessories that can be attached to the ladder like a bucket for more tools or parts. I am happy with the purchase and I will recommend this product.

Ladder was very sturdy, easy to handle. Much better than my old wood 7 Ft Step ladder.

With 9' ceilings this ladder is sturdy and allows me room to work or paint easily. The lady at the store put the ladder on a cart and got an associate to take it to my SUV for me. Good Customer Service.

Excellent ladder. Unfortunately it is too heavy for me to drag upstairs, so I had to return it for a lighter, aluminium one. The ladder itself is sturdy and will do the job for many years.

I love the 7' ladder! I am 71 years old and climb up it to put light bulbs in my popped ceiling chandeliers and ceiling fans! Works so well! I use it to get debris off my patio cover. I stand on it to trim low hanging tree branches. I am so afraid of heights! You have no idea! But this baby is sturdy, plus, the rungs are ideal in shape and performance. I am careful and I climb up and do what I gotta do and trust both the ladder and my caution. Stores nicely in my small condo yard. Love that it is fiber glass. Werner ladders are the best! Thanks, Home depot! Got it for such a great price!

The perfect height for service work and home repairs. We started equipping our service trucks with seven footers a few years ago. It's short enough to open without scuffing an 8' ceiling, easier to carry in and out of houses yet still tall enough to get our guys in an attic scuttle hole safely. I only wish they were stocked in the home centers but they are easily ordered online.

This is an excellent product. This is my second ladder from this company. I am very please with my purchase. The little plank that opens up for ease of placing my paint can on the ladder is very useful. I would recommend this type of ladder to anyone who is looking for a quality product. When I picked the ladder up from Home Depot, i didn't unwrap it for a couple of days at my home. The product was damaged. Home Depot was great at replacing my ladder with a new one. It didn't take long and their customer service was excellent. You want a great ladder, get this one.

Quality product with fiberglass to prevent conducting electricity and stations to lock in accessories. I have already bought the Werner utility bucket and paint bucket! A good value for the price!

This ladder is great for up to lower level gutter work, quite strong, stable and easy enough to carry. Lots of handy features on the top and the shelf, well worth the cost, no wonder since it's a Werner!!

I use it to reach my attic. It is very strong and secure. I am so glad that I added the little table to hold things. I feel so much safer than my old 6 foot aluminum ladder.
