Great ladder. Sturdy yet light enough to carry. Extra shelf attached to ladder is a big plus. Highly recommend.

Great ladder. It makes a big guy feel secure when climbing it.

The website said that this item was in stock at the 27th Street location and I had three days to pick it up. I went to that location and was told that they did not have it in stock and it should arrive in three weeks. Pfui! I needed it before three weeks elapsed and since I ended up picking it up, later, I would have chosen a branch more conveniently located to get it.

Was damaged during delivery to store for store pickup. Looks like fork pushed into fiberglass, breaking and splintering it but delivery time was too long to wait for a replacement. Definitely use a spotter to hold when using because it is wobbly, even on fresh flat concrete floor.

The ladder was everything I was expecting. The service of Home Depot is horrible yet again. Not only did they miss their stated delivery (to store) date by 3-weeks, once it did arrive the employee sent to carry out the ladder for curbside delivery refused to help unload the item off her cart for fear of breaking a fingernail. My overall impression of HD is its a very poorly run operation, the staff is clueless and I won’t shop here for any special order or online order ever again.

Would give 5 stars if weight of ladder could be less.

Works great. Solid tool. Wanted something shorter than by big boys but just as rugged.

Only problem it came with one step torn-the metal step was ripped-jagged-your pick up person didn’t even go over the product-just abruptly left to go back inside

Feel safe on this ladder. Need to change filters & alarms etc and for someone who doesn’t like heights I still feel safe.
