Great Product!
Easy to assemble. Took about 90 minutes start to finish. As per instructions, I had my wife help me lift the bottom assembly into place. Was missing one small screw but was able to find one at the local hardware store. One of the nicest features is the grease drip tray. I wasn't sure about how it worked from the product description but once it was assembled, it was perfectly clear. I really like cooking on this thing! Way faster and better then my old gas grill. I do recommend purchasing the grill cover and Weber 21" grill brush. This is the first grill I've owned I thought worth covering and the grill brush does a fantastic job cleaning the grates. Much better than a standard wire brush.

Great Grill
Meets what I was looking for. Heats up quickly and does a great job of grilling and is easy to clean. The side burner works, but the electronic ignition on it does not work properly and am trying to figure out what's wrong. Other than that, very satisfied with the grill.

makes cooking easy..distributes heat evenly for fast cooking. Clean-up is a breeze.
Delivery was on time, with no problems. Grill was easily put together. (45 minutes). The easiest starting grill I ever owned. Cooking is a breeze, heat is distributed evenly, no hot spots. This was My first Weber grill (spirit 320), but won't be My last. Very satisfied customer,

A great gas grill!
This was out first gas grill. We used a weber standard charcoal grill. It is very easy to control the temperature and is a good size for our family of 4.

nice even heat
I do not think this grill is worth the money. The quality just isn't there. Nice even heat when grilling. NOT easy to put together.

Great Grill
I replaced my 12 year old Weber with this larger model. I am happy with the purchase. The grill was easy to put together ( I recommend a socket wrench vs an adjustable). I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and Weber is the way to go for grills. By the way, my 12 year old Weber is still in excellent shape. The only reason I don't give this grill 5 stars is the lack of heavy cast iron grates like my old Weber.

The grill gives you alot at a good price.
I am very pleased with the grill. Have been using it for about three weeks now. First use on Mother's Day. I was skeptical about trying it out as we had company. Used it and had the best bbq ever! It cooked evenly and quickly. The food tasted great! And it doesn't dry the meat out. I recommend this grill. I also like the side burner. Seems to work well. No problems with anything. My husband put it together in about 3 hours. Said the directions were very helpful and he was impressed at how everything went together so easily.

Highly recommended!
This grill transforms salmon and steaks into succulent delights. I've "grilled" with my oven broiler and on the stove-top for years but there is no substitute for the high-heat and temp control of a proper grill. The Spirit E-320 gets up to 500+ degrees in under 10 minutes. Solidly built and super easy to use, you just can't go wrong with Weber. Sure, the Genesis is prettier, but the Spirit 300 series is $200 cheaper and shares the same internals - a great value. NOTE - if you buy the Spirit 300 series from Home Depot, they throw in cast iron grates gratis ($70 value). Other stores sell this grill with the ugly, less effective ceramic grates. But watch-out, Home Depot only offers this in-store. If you buy on-line you will get the ceramic grates. I bought on-line but was able to work out a free "upgrade" to the cast iron grates with my local store before I purchased it.

Damaged, but in perfect packaging
One of the lower panels that enclose the tank was almost bent in half, yet the packaging it came in was perfect. It took a lot of hammering to get the panel to bend back enough to fit on the grill. Someone shipped this with a obviously damaged panel.

Factory QA needs to do a better job.
Arrived on time. Several components found damaged when unpacked. Able to fix most of them, one had to be replaced by the Weber. Great customer service from Weber, the new part arrived the next day. Barbecue works great. This is my second Weber propane barbecue, the first one last almost 20 years. A great product.

total package for the money
For the price range this has all the feature you would use for less than the Genesis. It was important to have a side burner on the grill for me, HD did online only, but through customer service attached it to an in store purchase for special financing. Cover and clean your grill people. The last gas Weber we had lasted forever. Setup was easy too, one hour tops.

Good Product, so far
This grill was delivered in a timely manner, unassembled. It took about 4 hours for this non handyman to assemble it. The first test was straight burgers and there were no problems so the assembly directions were correct. The second test of steaks were delicious. Now to see about durability.

Great product - recommend additional purchase of optional cast iron grates and Weber grill cover
Forget the bargain brand grills for $300-$400 that need replaced every 2 to 4 years - If you are serious about grilling buy a Weber - recommend additional purchase of optional cast iron grates and the Weber grill cover

A Great Grill
This is the best grill I have ever owned, and I have had a barbecue grill for nearly 35 years. It is the first one that is propane tank fed. I was concerned about this, but really worried for no reason. It grills very evenly and the third burner is well worth the few extra dollars..

very nice grill
Love using the grill! The food is evenly cooked, and comes out very tasty. Before I bought this grill, I already had heard that work space on the grill is limited, but I bought the grill anyways.....therefore I don't fault the grill for this. There are hooks from which to hang cooking tools, but I need to use a small table next to the grill to hold ingredients and to hold the completed grilled items. The grill is reasonably easy to clean, and very sturdy. We recently had high hurricane winds in my area, and the grill did not budge an inch. I will admit that I had a friend assemble the grill, so I cannot comment on how difficult that would be for a novice. My experienced helper had no difficulty with the assembly.

I love my new Weber grill
I have only used it once so far but it is just what I wanted - sturdy, side grill, parts available if needed, black body. Putting it together was a bear but doable.

Weber Grills have gone downhill
Terrible and incomplete assembly instructions, missing parts (we triple checked all the cardboard and plastic) which didn't prevent assembly but required shortcuts and a trip to the hardware store. Some parts are flimsy compared to what I expect from past Weber's I've owned.

WEBER GRILL
AN EXCELLENT GRILL ONCE I GOT IT PUT TOGETHER. I EXPECTED SOME SIMPLE ASSEMBLY, BUT WHAT I GOT REQUIRED SEVERAL HOURS OF STARING AT PICTURES, MATCHING UP PARTS AND HOPING I WAS GETTING THINGS RIGHT. THERE ARE NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS, JUST PICTURES. IN THE END EVERYTHING TURNED OUT FINE AND I AM REALLY ENJOYING MY GRILL.

great grill.
high quality parts. good assembly directions. took about 1 hour to put it together. easy to light. very even heat. I have another weber that I use 2-3 times per week year round. It is almost 15 years old now and still works well. This one appears to be as well made. Just clean it once a year, keep it covered (spend the extra money and buy the weber cover) and enjoy.

Truly great grill!
After reading reviews on this grill, we expected it to be the best, and it is! My husband put grill together on his own, and we were grilling that afternoon. He got it for Christmas, and we have used it at least 3-4 times a week since, even with some really cold weather. Buyer beware...Home Depot lists this product as coming with cast iron cooking grates, but it does not. You must purchase these separately.

Great product & speedy delivery
A great grill, the only problem I had was getting it assembled in a timely manner. Store assembly was going to take 7-10 days, so I have opted to try my unskilled hand at diy. Hopefully this will be a good experience.

    change the way you grill
For years we'd been using an entry-level Fiesta BBQ that has been on its last legs lately. Picked this up on sale (note: the service from everyone @ Home Depot was amazing) and was giddy just putting it together - you can tell the quality right away. Grilling is a dream - heats up quickly and cooks evenly. My wife jokes that I treat this grill like the son I never had!

Good grill, but has some shortfalls
After a tree fell and demolished my shed, I had to replace my 5 year old Charbroil 2 burner grill. I decided to upgrade to the Weber. First thing, the Weber is more than DOUBLE the price of a current model Charbroil. The quality and design is there with the Weber, but I won't say it's worth paying twice the price for. I put together the Weber in just over 1 hour, with an assistant. The manual is straightforward and easy to follow. The first thing I realized is that I lost my "counter space". The control knobs for this unit are on the right side, where on a comparable Charbroil or Kenmore unit have them along the front. The covered external cooker is nice, and has a cover, but it is a bit weak. It will not handle a bowl with the weight of raw meat (or one full of cooked food) too well. The Weber "flavorizer" bars (V-shaped metal bars that lay upside down above the actual burner, and below the cooking grate) are an interesting design idea, but a real pain for cleaning. A thorough cleaning after a full day of BBQ'ing took over an hour, between the 5 bars, the 2 grill areas, and the drip tray. If I was to make the purchase decision over again, I would save the money, and buy the Charbroil or Kenmore grill.
