Glass shelf unit is great. Silver bracket shelf kit could be greatly improved. Wall anchors supplied with kit are not sturdy enough to hold the weight of glass shelf. I had to purchase some heavy duty wall anchors to be sure the weight of the shelf would not pull them out of the wall.

Several years ago purchased two of the shelves, then recently needed a third. So pleased they were still in production. Excellent product & even a klutz can handle putting them up! Quality product!

I have an art piece that needs to stand alone in a prominent place. The Glacier Clear Glass Shelf created the perfect place to set it over the fireplace. It was also super easy to install and is of high quality.

Installation was relatively easy. Looks good in place.

Elegant design, installs firmly. Third purchase in this series.

Good price and quality product. Perfect for my home bar. Glass was a good thickness and brackets feel very sturdy even with multiple drinks bottles on them. Just be sure you get some of the bracket screws into your studs and/or a substantial part of your wall (not just the drywall)

Easy to install, almost hidden support.

The shelves are fine, but didn’t come with instructions. There is some unusual piece of sheet metal that I didn’t understand how or where it went. But the shelves are holding up nonetheless.

Product is very nice and looks great. Had to drill some additional holes in frame to hit wall studs.

These are beautiful. My only negative comment about them is paper manufacturer stickers are stuck to the glass and had to be scraped off with a razor. They should use another type of material or don't stick anything to the glass.

They are beautiful BUT 1 of our 3 sets didn't come with the hardware necessary to put them up. When I went to Home Depot to ask for the screws, they told me I'd have to buy the pack (so now I have extra).

Pretty good and sturdy but id prefer if the mount was a bit slimmer. That's just personal taste, but the look is 10/10.

Aug 2020. Bought online. Packaging was okay. Everything was included... glass, wall bracket, hardware. Things not mentioned on web site or in the (brief) direction sheet: Hardware included wood screws (if you're lucky and find studs), sheet rock anchors/screws (for sheet rock... need the provided wood screws to attach bracket to wall), and plastic expanding anchors for hard material (cinderblock?). Had sheet rock so use the plastic screws (these seem better than the old expanding plugs). Need pilot hole as plastic started to break/crack without the predrilled hole. The screw driver slot in the anchor is strange and an allen wrench seemed better, although the plastic started to break due to resistance in the sheet rock. Getting the screw/anchors in took the most time. The screws had to be tight against bracket surface. If not bracket may wobble and glass will not fit tight against back of bracket... screw heads will be in the way. Note the sheet rock anchors are the same width as the glass shelf's thickness. So you may see the plastic anchor peek above the shelf, or if the sheet rock tore a bit while inserting the plastic anchor/screw, you will defintely see it above the shelf. Once bracket in place, inserting the tempered glass into the bracket was easy. However, they do provide double sided tape to be placed on the edge of the glass that makes contact with the back of the bracket and the inside top of the bracket. This will keep the bracket from sliding out. Tricky part, remove backing from only one side of tape and attach to glass, folding over back edge and top of glass. Then remove the backing that is exposed. I removed both sides the first time. The tape is really sticking and having both sides exposed made it difficult to attach to the glass. I ordered the frosted glass versus the clear glass. If getting more than one shelf, when inserting the glass make certain the surfaces are oriented the same way (frosting on top, smooth on bottom or the other way... user choice). The only downside was that the end caps for the bracket was missing for one side (I received two left caps). A call to HD service resolved, and I should be getting in 5-7 days. Only other observation: the wall braket is a dull silver color (not shiny). Black or white would have been preferred, or at least shiny silver. Maybe the designers could consider such an option. Looks good.
