I did not receive the mirror with this order. I like the fact that it has so many doors but the sink is much more shallow that I was used to. I like the look of the faucet. It would be nice if this had a backsplash.

Gorgeous, quality vanity with slow-closing drawers. Needed a long but shallow vanity (18” deep) and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy to install. The mirror is large with a useful shelf. Highly recommend.

Looks nice when installed. It was difficult to get the right level for the plug so that it sealed the hole properly. The quality of the mirror is not great, we bought this 14 months ago and the mirror started corroding at about 9 months.

The vanity came damaged in the box and the top also has an imperfection in the porcelain like if somebody put a piece of tape on it why it was curing and took it off after it cured For the price I could've bought something that had no damage or imperfections

Beautiful vanity! Best price in stores and online. Looks great in bathroom. Had a minor scratch on countertop but was handled quickly and professionally by HD representative.

The product itself is good looking. The top came smashed, probably due to the shipment. I reached out to HD for top replacement but each time I spoke with an agent, their knowledge level of the product varies. They are all good customer service but each one gave me a different process. One said I have to return the whole unit, including the cabinet and the top and re-purchase another one. Another agent said they can just order the top. Then for the smashed pieces, one said I can just threw it away. Then the next day I received a call from a shipping company to make time arrangement to pick up the broken pieces. Good thing I did not tossed out the smashed pieces or else I might be in trouble. I wish HD trained all their agent in the specific area/product so we as consumers will not be confused. The product itself is great and I would recommended it. Price is right and matches my new remodeled bathroom.

The vanity is perfect for our small Powder Room and looks beautiful, the finish is top quality. The faucet is sleek and very modern

Very sleek and I love the slow close drawers. We purchased a different faucet but the one it came with is very nice. No complaints - highly recommend!!

The vanity itself is very nice. A bit narrow. The mirror that comes with it was shattered so the delivery company took it back. I didn't hear from anyone about a replacement so I requested one. I was told it was processed and then received an email that it is no longer available and wouldn't ship.

Nice vanity and top. Sleek looking. Drawers are soft close which is nice. The shelf on the mirror makes up for the narrow counter space - a good trade in a small bathroom like ours.

Product was delivered in a very sturdy box by a great delivery man. Very heavy, you must have 2 people to uncrate it and set into place. When uncreated, we saw that there was a scratch on the front by the bottom. Only way this could have occurred was when it was packaged.

Overall, this is a reasonable product, however, the quality can absolutely and should be improved. I had multiple issues with this product. 1) The drain and drain pipes included with this unit are the poorest quality. The seals are worthless and drain won’t fit on their own sink. I had to make two separate trips to Home Depot to buy a different brand drain and all the drain pipe pieces that I needed to re-construct the drain. Before I go to Home Depot for spending out of pocket for the drain and pipes, I did try three times to install the drain, however, with the included material it was impossible to do the job. 2) One of the hanging holes behind the mirror (which is also included with this product) was misaligned. In other words the hole was not drilled in the right spot. I had to use a dremel tool (small rotary grinding tool) to enlarge the hole so I can install the mirror on the wall. 3) The base cabinet unit is not the best quality, especially the paint job is very poor. If you try to wipe it with a damp or even dry (soft cloth), you’ll see the paint is getting transferred to the cloth. Hinges although soft closing, are not the best ones either. In order to open the cabinet doors, you have to pull hard and be careful not to let go. Otherwise, it will slam back to close position. Had I known about the issues I ran into, I would not have bought this unit. Virtu or Home Depot should look into replacing the included plumbing pieces as they are useless. If a customer is charged for the material that are included with the purchase, the customer should not spend additional time to trouble shoot and identify the issue, then drive down to a hardware store and pay to purchase replacement material (pipes and drain) to make the unit work.

great quality! fit and finish A1 better than expected. install was easy. Only issue they did not have a P-trap cutout made so you have to make it yourself or improvise with different fittings to get it plumed.

Arrived in good condition. Instructions lack detail, especially for faucet. Handles are not large enough to cover hole. Quite a design flaw. Solid construction but it would have helped to have the dimensions of the cabinet itself included. Dimensions provided are with top installed.

Looks good, instructions fail to mention important things like sealing the drain. Holes in shelf don't match mounts in mirror. Small defect to paint on corner of vanity.

I loved the sink- vanity-, mirror combination. Even the faucet and hoses came with it. Everything was so convenient, I didn't have to purchase anything else to accompany it. The color is so dark and rich. I love the self close drawers. A beautiful sleek clean look !

Got everything else but the faucet,i gave it a 3 cuz the plumber cant finish the work so its on hold as of 4 days ago. And its annoying. The funny thing is i read the reviews and someone mention a faucet also.didnt think it will take this long to get one..

The product was nice, but they sent the wrong color mirror. Also the mirror was damaged. I have been waiting three weeks for the replacement but have not received it yet.

Upon opening the set for install, discovered the mirror was shattered. I will expect a replacement immediately, and will hold off on my review until then. The carton looks like it took a shot from a forklift.

Yes, would recommend it. I had a challenge with needing a specific size and virtu was only vendor that carried side. Fit nice, all the components needed to complete installation.

I was weary about buying such an expensive piece without seeing the product in store, but due to the size of the room, I had limited options. I am so happy I went with this purchase. Dimesnsions are accurate, easy to put together, and delivery service was impeccable.

I love the look of the new vanity . A couple of things to consider going forward, make the drawers a little longer and the sides a little higher. Also I would go with a more appealing faucet. Otherwise we really love the look.
