I bought this unit just over two years ago. When I first installed it, I was fairly happy. The unit looked good , but some of the elements looked cheap. Since then I have noticed many small items that are deteriorating. Today was the biggest. Where the drain connects in the basin of the sink has completely rusted thru. So unless I rigged some sort of make shift fix, the drain will be completely exposed. So unless you want issues with in two years of purchase then this is a fail!

Ok let me start with previous comments & reviews in which item does not come with directions and wood cabinet seems to be very soft in which can scratch easy. Item was packaged well when received a scratch on cabinet in rear was noticed when unpackaged in which Home Depot was notified and had given a partial credit. The pop up drain was made of inferior material and was defective had to purchase 2 slightly different ones to match a local Home Depot also had to make modifications to plumbing in order to install. Overall 48" double vanity makes a small bathroom seems a little bigger and satisfied with product. 3 Stars given due to no instructions, product scratched in rear of cabinet and defective pop up drain pipe kit in which I had to purchase two new ones as to match since Home Depot store did not have exact ones

Product looks great but there were no instructions to be found. nothing in the box, nothing on Home Depot online, and nothing on the manufactures web site. The sad part is that it would clearly be a 5 star product review if it just had a simple set of instructions.

The dual sink basin arrived and was so warped that it teetered on the cabinet. A new basin was sent to my house within a week and it also was warped, but not as bad. I was able to fix with spacers. The cabinet has some areas where the paint/coating coverage is poor and it seems to flake off and scratch easily. Make sure you prep for a dual drain system ahead of time. I was able to make it work with a single but it required some modifications to the cabinet. I complained to Home Depot about the product issues and they sent me an ample supply of gift cards to offset my negative experience. However, for the amount of time I spent installing and the overall finish, it wasn't worth it. My advice, unless you're extremely handy, buy a quality unit you can inspect prior to purchase rather than mail order.

i can not believe how easy this was to install, i looked for weeks for a vanity in my budget and then i found it at THE HOME DEPOT.

I ordered 2 vanities and both arrived missing some essential plumbing parts. After 5 emails from the home depot.com "team" they figured out where to send the parts! Not exactly smooth. Have not installed the units yet.

The Quality of product is good but parts came in piece meal and Home Depot is no help. All they could tell me was the parts were backordered and won't be in till October. Wish I had known this before I ordered. It's holding up my bathroom job and my contractor keeps asking for the parts.

I agree with the other reviewer about the install being complicated. The worse issue is the cheap drain covers for the drains & overflows, the metallic finishes are flaking off on all of them. This piece looked cheap within just months of owning it, The finish on the cabinetry is also chipping. It is really sad since we put so much money into quality materials to make our main bath nice. The better option was buying a discounted cabinet from another home store for our second bath, it was a fraction of the cost!

Good vanity, good color works well for my bathroom. The tricky part is setting up the piping for this piece but I talked to the installer and he told me its common with any company you buy from. He had to run to the store to pick up a few parts to set up the plumbing. Besides that everything seems to work nicely.

At first I was hesitant to buy it because of all the bad reviews but my wife wanted it so i had to buy it. I'm so glad I bought this vanity it was perfect for my bathroom. Pro: soft closing Doors, soft closing drawers, fast shipping Con: I wish i had two master bathroom Overall made my bathroom looks great. I would recommend.

This product was not of the quality expected. The finish scratched easily. It was not consistent in color. I returned the item.
