The components were very well packed and delivered on a single over-sized pallet. Quality is good overall, meeting expectations, and flexibility of installation (ability to re-configure sequence of cabinets) can be useful in some installations. A great deal of useful storage space, as well as being easy to clean, makes this vanity a great addition.

Messy Purchase
Ordered this vanity, not this vanity comes in 4 parts (Ya..tell me about It I only knew when picking it up in Store) the cabinet, mirror, basin and marble top. I did not know about the 4 parts when I picked it up and brought it home and only realizing on opening that basin is missing. It's been a nightmare since then - this customer service, that customer service etc etc. I have the vanity sitting in my powder room, half installed, for basin to arrive, with no confirmation from Home depot on when I'll get it. They say to return. - imagine because of the retailers mistake all the hassle. And to surprise THD not even acknowledging that yes it is their problem Punting the issue to vendor. Come on, get me a new vanity and take this back ASAP... Now, on installation, the cabinet is nice but it comes with drain pipe that is way too think for installation. You will probably end up throwing it away or buy another adapter to fit that in. The height of the drain hole in the back if way off ...the specifications should be accounting that there will be an elbow fitting with the pipe and that must go in with the specifications. My contractor says that the drawers have to cut for the pipe to be installed. 800$ vanitty, missing parts, wrong specifications, and no consideration for customer service. THD should tell that this is a drop ship order so we know what an online customer is getting into.

    Be wary
We had read previous reviews which warned about problems with vanity damage when unpacked so we actually unpacked the vanity in the store and inspected it with a Home Depot associate. All seemed fine. Our contractor had a difficult time installing and then at the last minute found that the drain from the sink, which is not an overflow valve sink, was designed FOR an overflow valve sink. Therefore the drain exceeded the bushing-nut system and therefore did not have a thick enough drop to cover the drain cutouts in the pup up drain system. The upshot was that installation costs were high; our contractor returned twice to store, proper part not available, then spent 2 hours altering the part so the sink could be installed. After one day, we are happy with looks of vanity. Works fine. The next day, a Home Depot associate spent time with us and finally the Virtu company said the wrong part was shipped in error and in 2 weeks we would receive the proper part. Try to get the contractor to return in two weeks while in the meantime a dissembles sink lies in your bathroom. So I recommend this with trepidation - nice looking piece but I spent $200 extra for installation. If this is to be installed in your only bathroom, be ready. I feel with the reviews I have read that Home Depot should exert more quality control on this company.

      never again
The picture looked better than what we recieved. We had to drill a hole in the drain so that the overflow could drain on the sink. The plumbing parts for the sinks are low quality. I won't ever do this one again.

Nice vanity set, poor manufacturer quality control
The vanity set is nice. The materials seemed sturdy and well built. The issue we had was with quality control. Our vanity had a 1/4" indentation in the left front door that was overlooked upon inspection. The shipping containers were not damaged. We contacted Home Depot and they contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. After 5 business days we got a call from Home Depot and were disappointed to find that the manufacturer declined to offer a replacement door, but would send some touch up paint. After reading other reviews I see this set has had several quality control related issues reported. This a nice vanity set, but you are taking your chances with this manufacturer. Home Depot has been excellent in attempting to resolve the issue, unfortunately the manufacturers response to their lack of quality control was extremely disappointing. I am glad I decided to push back my project schedule rather than install the unit while waiting for a door that would never come. I would have rated value and quality 4-5 if the vanity had arrived unscathed.

        Expected more for the money....
Shame on me for not reading description closely but the white is just like PVC plastic. Seriously? I paid contractor to install (thank goodness) and they had to cut a huge hole in back to accommodate plumbing. The doors were extremely hard to center and I had to replace the screws to get it to work. Even the mirror was a pain to hang straight. The marble and sink and faucet were fine and the soft close feature is very nice. Otherwise, not thrilled. I wish I had used the money for a custom vanity.

          falling apart
Two years ago I purchased this vanity and at this time the veneer is coming off, the skin hardware is corroding and it is not worth the price.

            Perfect, with 2 modifications
Beautiful vanitiy. Great color and product. Had to use plumbers putty for the drains. Also, had to use washers on a the door hardwear. Solid. Would buy again.

Dior line not as good as manufacturers other lines
Not as tall or as deep as other lines. Bowls are very shallow. Water and drain lines had to be moved to fit vanity around them. Drains did not come with the correct washers. Both drains leaked. Had to hire plumber to get and install correct washers. Average quality on the cabinets. Some of the handles do not tighten down all the way making them loose. Don't install baseboards with this vanity. Does not come with a backsplash. Gap between top of middle cabinet and both side cabinets. Things can fall in between cabinets. Use in only small bathrooms. Easy close doors and drawers are nice.

I picked it out and when my husband opened the boxes and pulled them out he told me great choice so thankful
Well made the drawers close by themselves at a certain point, I am thankful it is so nice, especially when you spend that kind of money and buy it site unseen love it

Great Vanity but Requires Some Modifications
This definitely is a beautiful vanity...once it is actually installed. I did not receive instructions but was able to gather the general idea based on the single vanity of the same type. It is pretty straight forward but did require cutting in to the shelf and back opening to fit the exiting pipes. I would also expect some kind of hardware to attach the three main pieces together as well as attach them to the wall to avoid tipping. Overall, I am very pleased once I got past the 2 days of getting this installed.

              So pretty
I love the vanity. There was a problem with the drain/stopper that was sent with my order. The wrong part. My contractor had to go to store and order a new piece. It looks fine but not close. Can't fill the sink up which is ok as it is my Lavette.

                Great Cabinet Bad Hardware
I purchased the cabinet November 2015 on sales. The vanity is very nice, well put together and the sink and top match perfect. It is sturdy and isn't made of cheap particle board. But this is where the quality stops. The sink drain that is included will not seal correctly to the sink and drain. The drain is made for a sink with an overflow and this one does not. You can’t seal drain to the bowl properly. I had to purchase another drain from Home Depot to complete the connection correctly. The second issue is the faucet works as it should but they supply a cheap plastic aerator that fell apart the first time I turned on the sink. So I had to buy a replacement aerator to get the faucet to work correctly. If I had known of these issues I would not have purchased this vanity. At the price I paid I have dozens to choose from.

                Highly Disappointed..
We were very disappointed in this product. It comes in 3 separate pieces that were all different shades of white (bases as well as ceramic tops) and the contractor had a hard time attaching them together. We had to buy additional parts because what was sent with it didn't even fit the product. The hardware is cheap looking and the drawers are difficult to open - you end up yanking it. The design is not well thought out - the middle part being lower exposes open areas on the sides of the sink cabinets that allow water and objects to fall in between the 3 cabinets. If you are looking for large vanities I recommend you keep looking....

                Worst Purchase Ever
This vanity is poor quality and continually falls apart. Screws fall out, drawers don't close, handles fall off, etc. I hate that I wasted the money. Less than a year later I am replacing it because it is simply not functional.

                  Not simple to install
Although beautiful on the outside, the inside and hardware are lacking especially for the price. The back panel has a very small window for the plumbing, so if this is for a remodeling job, it is best to not count on using it. Just slip it out and keep the cabinet doors closed and back wall painted nicely or tiled. The drain included is too long for the plumbing to attach and conversions are needed from the drain to the wall. Those conversions were not available at Home Depot. One of the sinks delivered was smaller than the other and it has been 2 weeks since it was reported. We are supposed to get the correct sink today. handles are pretty, but not very sturdy. When I moved them from the inside (for shipping) to the outside, quite a bit of the inside of the drawer chipped. Expected the pre-drilled holes to prevent that. Home Depot associates are very polite and matched the price we found on another site, but from a product standpoint, I do not recommend this vanity for remodeling. I would recommend it for new construction only.

                  Very dissapointed!
I was extremely shocked at the poor quality of this vanity. First it came damaged, the drawers and doors are made so cheap that its challenging just to open and close. As far as the look, its nice, just don't use in a main bathroom.

Good value but sketchy quality and some incorrect and missing pieces.
This item was shipped with the wrong center ceramic cover. It was also missing the cover for one of the overflow outlets. There is a very poor design on the mechanism to adjust the drawers.

                  Item Showed Up Damaged
The item was great except for the fact that the front of the wooden part of the vanity was cracked in two places, the back of the vanity was dinged and the side was scuffed. Home Depot took the return without an issue. Now I just have to wait another couple weeks to finish my bathroom which is disappointing and stressful due to our first child being born around that time. Hopefully the next one shows up without blemish. Updates to follow.

                    A nightmare purchase
Arrived without basin, they sent the incorrect basin, the origin taipipe was for incorrect basin, doors were improperly aligned, and when correct basin arrived it had particle imperfections in porcelain finish. Home Depot's .com customer service is lacking in all areas.

                    Poor quality and falls apart
The delivery of this was great, however, there were several things wrong with the product. On one of the cabinets - one drawer fell apart after one day and one door fell apart after one week. On the other, there is a bubble in the laminate right under the sink and the sink is crooked and does not sit flush on the cabinet. The middle little unit top color white does not match the other tops. We purchased this because of the length, but in hindsight, we probably should of had one custom built.

Not a fan of the wood grain look
I realize this is completely subjective, but we painstakingly have researched every large double sink vanity we could find in S. Florida, and chose this one. What we didn't realize was how pronounced the wood grain finish would look in person. We were looking for espresso colored wood, but not so grainy. When this arrived, I was so excited! However, as hubby started to unwrap the box, I looked closer and saw that it's really more of a dark wood (not espresso, in my opinion) with a strong wood grain look. It seemed like an updated 70s look, which was not what we were going for. Unfortunately, we are now going through the trouble of loading up this monster to return it to a nearby store. Next time, I'll look closer, and if there's any hint of a wood grain look, I'm staying away from it.

                    Not exactly what we expected
This vanity is nice. It was not exactly what we expected though. Based on the pictures, I expected a grey, weathered oak type wood. What arrived was a vanity with a simple wood veneer that had printed "zebra" stripes on it. Underneath the veneer was plywood. For the money, I expected actual hardwood. The sinks also do not match the side cabinet counter top. They are close, but there is definitely a difference in the two since they are not made with the same material. We should have checked everything out once it arrived, but I figured I'd get what was shown in the pictures. Having already planned a bathroom remodel around this vanity, sending it back was not an option we wished to explore. Hopefully this review prevents someone else from being surprised at the differences.

No installation instructions or specs to know if you can install it.
Cabinet is very well built; marble is so-so, faucet is very nice. Our marble came with severe scratches in its surface. Product comes with no hardware or installation instructions for attaching sink to marble top. Product comes with no hardware or installation instructions for attaching marble top to vanity. Product has no specifications for required height of wall plumbing (drain, water lines). Because of this, you must cut holes in the back plate, notch the shelf, and notch the drawer with a jig saw to install it if your wall plumbing is too low.
