I recall watching a VP (Small Engine) Fuel video and hearing the statement, "It's not your engine, its your fuel". This is an accurate statement for my Toro. Note: I live in an area with reformulated, ethanol gas. My 15 year old Toro snowblower with 2-stroke engine wouldn't start when using the pull start. I barely got it started with new gas using the electric start. After 1/2 can of VP "Fix It Fuel - Mechanic in a Bottle", the engine runs like new. Now, I only use VP Small Engine Fuel 50:1 pre-mix . The Toro starts easily in 1 pull and runs like brand new!

Just used a can in my STIHL chainsaw and also my backpack leaf blower. Both seem to have more power and start a lot more easily. Very easy to pour from can. I'll never go back to using Ethanol gasoline again!

This stuff is great. My only objection is to the price. My 2 cycle equipment runs good with the 50-1 mixture.

This fuel worked very well.After rebuilding carburetors and replacing equipment, I will only use premixed pure gas in my two cycle engines going forward

This is a great ethanol-free fuel to use on small engines. I use it on my backpack leaf blower and have had no problems.

Since I've been using this product for several years, I haven't had to have my equipment serviced. Only changed the spark plugs.

One can was completely empty and one was leeks fuel

I would recommend VP canned fuel, however, I would not order it from HD.com. I would pick it up at a store and inspect the cans before you buy them. I ordered VP 50:1 online from HD. come and I received a box of 8 cans. 7 of them leaked and the tops of cans. Looked like they had rat droppings on them. I called their online customer service and was told they would let management know about it. I have not heard back from them. The seal is broken on the caps so the fuel will go bad at a faster rate. Do I take it back to a local store or what? The lady that took my report asked if I'd send it back to them with a provided shipping label. I'm not going to ship leaking fuel cans. It was not cheap for the fuel.

Nothing much to review. I've been using this fuel for years. You pour it in and it works perfectly. Good Stuff.

Use this for my string trimmers and back pack blowers. Works so much better than regular gasoline. Highly recommended.

Great stuff for your chainsaw, or anything that has a 2 cycle engine. I don't understand the review where the guy said this fine product seized his engine. VP has decades of experience making race fuels. I imagine the culprit was something other than the fuel, if that really happened...

I use the 50:1 vp fuel in my new echo trimmer. I've had nothing but excellent results...burns clean, no carbon, no carb issues. If you think it's a bit expensive, it pays for itself not having to send your equipment to a shop for carb rebuilds and cleaning...

the first time i used this in my ice auger it seized my engine within 10 minutes of using it. I talked to a guy fishing next to me and he ruined his chainsaw using this stuff. He thought it was a fluke and used it his his ice auger. It seized up!

much more stable than mixing your own, left in snow blower and started on the first pull after priming , first time ever
