Sleek lines and the crystal clear glass really shows off my tile work, also makes my small bath seem less crowded. The fiberglass pan is sturdy and easy to clean and the hardware for the enclosure is solid.

We just installed this product. It looks great and adds beauty to the restroom

Pleased with almost everything except a few tweaks here and there. My wife really likes the sleek design.

The doors and hardware are heavy and well-constructed. Assembly is not difficult but does take some time. It is very important to have the walls, floor, and curb square and centerline of curb must be correct. The doors do not have much forgiveness for misalignment (approx. 3/16" max.).

Did installation and the structure met expectations

Good quality craftsmanship. Instruction manual is OK...Good pictures written directions lacking. Very well packed for shipment.

The shower has a great look. The quality and the price was perfect as well.

Purchased the frameless glass shower kit, arrived by shipper in excellent shape, went up easy and looks great with our glass mosaic tiles!

I am a home owner that decide to remodel my master bathroom. I built my shower from scratch and used this frame-less shower kit. My bathroom is not very large, and this kit was perfect and I was able to create a larger shower area with this kit, than I had before. The installation manual was easy to read and follow. Make sure you have a helper, because the glass is heavy. I had to e-mail tech support recently for some small replacement parts because I'm making a slight alteration to my original bathroom design, and they were quick to respond and are very helpful. I am not a contractor, but I can usually do my own "handy-man work" around the house to save money. After I finished my remodel, I showed off my bathroom, and everyone loved the new shower!

I had a personal risk to mount VIGO with no inviting a professional plumber for that. Surprisingly the process went smoothly. Instructions are quire readable. Shower looks really beautiful and works fine to me. Hinge has been promptly replaced by VIGO Technical Support at my first request (special thanks to Stephen Santana). Fully satisfied now. Last week I received my Vigo 42 x 42 neo-angle shower enclosure (base & glass doors, clear/brushed nickel, model # VG6061BNCL42WS). I opened everything up for inspection and so far everything looks very nice. Everything was packed VERY well. The base looks pretty sturdy for what it is and the glass looks pretty resilient. I looked at some of the hardware and the brushed nickel was very attractive looking. I am very excited to get this shower installed and I can't wait to try it out!

Have not installed the unit yet, but when checking shipment for any damage, I can see it is a quality product. Not the cheap plastic showers you see in many of the big box stores.

High Quality product. Besides Hinges are not strong enough and are difficult it adjustment adjusted.

Complete assembly very heavy. Compatible base a must. Jacuzzi wouldn't work. Delta is ok. Getting heavy door to work is a problem. Holes in glass sides and door are oversized for mounting. Door sags from its own weight as mounting hardware bolts move in o/s holes. System relies on friction from hardware to stay in place. It's not enough! Instructions are minimal and don't address this. Am working on a solution using nylon spacers to reduce predrilled hole sizes to help control sag.

The quality of the materials is excellent. Be aware that the box is quite heavy and is shipped on a crate. At least two people will be needed to move the box as well as install the shower. The instructions need a lot of help, however. The diagrams, when provided, are NOT clear and the steps do not list a few crucial items, such as installing the seal on the *bottom* of the door, and that the metal bar supports need to be installed at an angle to the glass wall. (Ooops. Good thing I used tinted grout...) I'm still having a bit of water leakage at the bottom of the door but I suspect I still don't have the seal installed right.

This product is extremely difficult to install. The hinge panels are too small so the moving door keeps sinking down. Called Vigo multiple times, and the problem is still not resolved. From pure physics stand point, this shower door is very poorly designed. The doors are heavy and the hinges are weak. After paying contractor 800$ to install this unit, I am still having a sinking door. Stay away from this product.

When we ordered everything to be able to install the shower, there was no identifying information that stood out to indicate that the glass walls needed to be ordered smaller than the back walls and the base. It was a 38" shower so that's what was ordered. After the second order was still incorrect, the manager called the company and found out that the glass door/walls needed to be ordered a size smaller. This information needs to be displayed prominently and boldly so that when a customer is ordering this item, that information is very easy to see and won't have to go through the hassle that we have had to go through for several weeks now.

This door adds luxury and elegance to our new bathroom. It is of great quality and simply beautiful to look at. We chose to only order the door, without the base. However, the instructions did not include details about how to install the door without the base, which posed a challenge for our contractor. We are still not 100% sure whether the doors are installed as they should, which is of concern. Other than the challenge of installation, this is a wonderful product.

Product offers no shimming in hinge installation or attachment to wall. Do not purchase unless your walls are absolutely plumb & the curb you're installing the bottom rail on is absolutely level. Save yourself time & aggravation and ultimately $ by getting a custom product.
