I bought this a month ago and it's work good,but the reason why I gave 4 stars is,when I want to use a cold water,after when I used a shower,came a hot water first,and after 10 seconds comes cold water.

I bought Vigo Duris for two different project after purchasing similar products on Houzz and the quality is significantly better than the previous products for the same cost. As an architect, I'm very happy with it and so are my clients and will continue using Vigo's products in future.

I purchased 3 of these, one for every bathroom. Absolutely love the design! However, the hot water does not have a lot of pressure. May have to contact vigo for fix.

We are going round and round they go over this duris faucet. We have 2 and they're both of dentical as far as water flow which is at 1/2 gallon per hour and they are rated at 1.2 gallons per hour. We are going in to 4 months dealing with tech support. Personally I would like to return faucets and don't know if I can because they were purchased with the sinks as a package.

Nice design but very weak flow rate.

Installed this in our kitchen and absolutely love it! Love the high arched faucet neck.

I purchased 5 of these for bathroom remodels. The design is beautiful. The functionality, not so much so. We had tons of water pressure from our previous faucet. I expected some restriction from a newer faucet. The water flow is more like a trickle, turned on full blast, nada. All 5 are like this, except two, in particular, are worse if that's even possible. These were installed by the plumber in my absence and he verified that the lines were checked for clogs/restrictions. Now the only resolution, even if there is a fix suggested by the manufacturer, is to call the plumber back out to replace or repair. And guess who gets to pay for that? I'm disappointed and angry. If you decided to purchase anyway, you were forewarned. How Home Depot can even continue to offer this product is beyond me. Now I will worry that everything I purchase from HomeDepot will have issues.

Looks good

Good Quality, but low water flow

We bought 2 for our bathroom and non of them work, there is no water coming out we already validate that there is water pressure in the pipes so the problem is the faucet, hope is not a nightmare to fix it

the water fluid is too low

Did my bathroom over with a vessel sink and this faucet was recommended to bought with the sink. Very happy with this item.

Good quality

Received after ordering online. Color was off with a gold hue to it. Returned to store.

The water flow out of this beautiful vessel faucet is minimal. It also splashes over the edge of the vessel sink. Unfortunately my plan is to return the faucet as soon as possible. I must find a replacement faucet first and also pay someone to remove this VIGO faucet and install a new faucet. That is more cost out of my pocket. I'm not happy about this at all.

This faucet was well made of chromed metal, not plastic. The price was excellent for the quality of the product. Will buy Vigo from now on.

Water flow was very low and only dropped from faucet. Contacted the company through an online contact us form and did not hear back. I will be returning the faucet to Home Depot. It looks nice, but not functional.

Great looking faucet. Works very well. It sits slightly higher than expected so it splashes a little.

Purchased with sink. Looks great, however you can’t get very much water out of it. Have took lines out and used high pressure air to blow out with no change.

The faucet came and we thought wow absolutely beautifulet and no water. The cartridge was bad. We thought no problem call the company they will send a new one. Well not so fast you need to make a video and send the receipt. They didn’t like the online receipt. We returned and bought a Moen.

Great Faucet the water flow was a bit low but I contacted the tech support and they directed me on how to remove the restrictor which made a lot of difference. Very happy will get another one for the second bathroom.
