Instructions a little difficult to follow but worked.Good product so far. As expected.

Cheap price, little concerned about durability of pergola. Pretty lightweight construction materials. But, you get what you pay for.

I really wanted to love this pergola but after having for several months now, it isn’t holding up well at all. It was reasonably priced and looked very visually appealing. The top tracks to open and close the shade cloth are not allowing a smooth adjustment any more. It can’t handle any water build up from the rain either. It puts too much weight on the top and it is now bowing. This is shaded by the house mid- late afternoon.

We hired a professional contractor to put this together and mount it on our concrete patio. There is no way to effectively close the sun shade; we had to empty the shade daily anytime it rained. This morning we had a bad storm and the whole structure collapsed by the afternoon. Our patio furniture has been damaged. It has only been 9 months since we received it.

Cheaply made would not recommend

All of the parts needed to put it together, were not there. It took a very long time working with the company to get the replacement parts.

We purchased this for our backyard and enjoyed it while it worked. The aluminum bent soon after purchasing and some parts came broken. The canopy ripped within a few weeks. Parts were requested in order to fix the damaged areas and customer service was very unhelpful stating they cannot help. Really poor service, dont waste your money on this. It won’t last even 6 months.

I unboxed it and start assembly, 2 posts connector is missing. Cannot even built it. Will just return and start disassemble. Home Depot and Veikos vendor does know how to help me, I’m just asking for the two missing parts. So disappointed

I’m still waiting on missing parts to complete the installation. This has been a nightmare

I love buying from Home Depot, but this product is not good. It came with missing parts. It took Veikous over 3 weeks to get us the right ones. Then the clothe on top is ripped. The parts they sent were not correct, but I made it work to not have to deal with them anymore. This is poor.

Entire pergola collapsed with rain. The rain made large pools that made the canopy spread out and if all came down. Avoid this product at all costs. Sincerely, somebody who has better things to do than write bad reviews.

Broke after 2 weeks and no word back from the company after emailing them. Waste of money.

Can’t beat the price for sure

All parts packed well. Received all parts (extra nuts and bolts included). Ground spikes / pegs are useless. instructions are average. Took me about 6 hours to assemble and install. bottom mounting plates are very weak, I used "L" brackets on three sides of each upright to mount to deck.

I came here to warn other people and I see that I'm not the only one. There are several reviews about how rain will cause this pergola to completely break and collapse. The top is not flat so it will catch all the rain water and soon the weight of the water will cause the bars to bend and break. Once that happens it can't be repaired. I am now left with a destroyed pergola and I am trying to figure out how to make it work again with half of the supporting bars broken. Please do not buy this.

Collapsed as soon as we go rain and it was closed at the time. Didn't even have it 2 weeks. What a waste.

It was a great patio. However cant resist heavy rain so far.

Made portly. A small wind blowing will take the poles for the canopy apart. Too light, a slight wind will lift it up off the ground.

Fell apart while assembling. Pieces bending, screws stripping. Terrible quality.

We had this for 3 months and it completely collapsed today. I do not recommend! Garbage!

Great price and great pergola.

It was perfect for my backyard entertaining and relaxing needs.
