Easy to assemble. I am very please with it. Kids love it!

Everything included in set to get our grandson going. The only thing this set(and all the others iI like at) are tiedowns but got them too and gtg. Great purchase and arrived ahead of delivery schedule.

I thought it was easy to put together, dont get me wrong, it is a big project, but everything went together smoothly. The kids love it.

It was easy enough to put together & is really good quality!

So the trampoline is not bad, it works and looks good when first installed. I have had it for less than one year and every since blue pole cap was weathered and broken from the sun making it unusable. The blue skirt that goes around the edge, although i expected it to be weathered shrank and is completely unusable. I am ordering another skirt to go around the sides but think i will find an alternative home depot solutions to go on the top caps since the think plastic becomes super brittle and cracks in my hand. Pretty dangerous since this is what holds up the safety net. If i were the manufacturer i would put a rubber/cap on top of poles and maybe a layer of thicker plastic on the pole caps or send a back up set or easy re order place for caps since we will need them every year. We live in CA and yes its sunny but the wear is ridiculously bad.

Shipping was excellent, good customer service. The unit came when it was suppose to. It was easy to assemble. It looks really nice and my family is enjoying it very much. Good quality trampoline and net. There was a previous rating that said foam around poles came apart but now they sent a covers.

Easy to assemble. My husband and both sons had it assembled in about an hour. We just bought it for the grandkids for Christmas so time will tell how it holds up. So far so good. 3 kids each weighing between 50-75lbs and their petite mother all got in there at once. It appears to be of great quality. Kids are having a blast!

Trampoline is great. It arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to assemble (although you need more than one person). I'm impressed with the quality. I have teen boys and it seems like it will stand up to them.

It costs a little bit more than the cheapest ones out there...but very worth the investment... my kids and the neighborhood kids love it... we have had more solid trampolines in the past but too expensive...

Kids seem to love it! Assembly must have been easy because by the time I got home the day of delivery my 10 and 12 year old daughters had it fully assembled!!!

when delivered boxed had some large holes in them. that is the shipping companies issue. however i am not sure if the parts that where missing from the kit fell out or where not packed. i was missing 20 screws, a rope and the pole end caps for the enclosure. sent upper bounce an email describing the issue and the parts missing. a week has past and have yet hear hear back from upper bounce. i purchased this set because even though we could get a similar trampoline cheaper the reviews showed that upper bounce was a stand up company that would make things right if there where any issues. however this is not true, upper bounce is about as average of a customer service company as you local cable provider. as for what did come in the boxes which was the full base of the trampoline so was able to assemble easy enough (just had to use 2 self provided screws due to being short on the screws in the box) and product quality is good. If you buy this hope you get all the parts if not your on your own to get it them. I would not recommend this product to any based on the company that makes it,

The trampoline is good but not the enclosure set. We have less than a year with it and the caps and the foam posts are no longer in good shape.

Clips that hold the netting on the top (blue) broke first day. Clips holding netting on the boom broke frist week. Poles holing the netting were cheap and flimsy steel. They split and elongated where they hold to the frame. Frame- poor quality steel, attached with screws. Overall bad design and quality. Painted parts. will not last. Find one with Zinc coated steel that will last, like our old trampoline. We didnt have any issues with our old 15ft round trampoline with solid steel construction for 4 years, and ultimately it was the jumping canvas and cushion that went. DO NOT PURCHASE it will not last.. Returned ours to depot for "in store credit" because it was over 90 days. Really.

We bought something online and they were very kind to help us make that order they told us it would get to our house by 10 to 14 days and surprisingly we got it 3 days after the order

I received my trampoline which had freight damage to one of the frame pieces. Upperbounce was very supportive and responsive in expediting the replacement piece.

This trampoline is huge and our family of six loves it! Assembly was a little tricky though, as it truly took a family effort to put it together. Even still, it only took us about an hour or so before it was ready to use. We love it and we're so happy we spent the extra $$ to get the bigger size.
