A fantastic trampoline that is bringing a lot of joy to our family. Only challenge was putting it together. Took two able adults 2.5 hours… not super intuitive and did not have perfectly level ground. Instructions could have been clearer. Would love it if it came with a few extra springs (just in case), brackets for the jumping surface, etc.

We had the chance to set up the trampoline a few weeks ago and my son loved it. It was somewhat difficult to set up because of all the small parts and the time it took. I love that it has the mesh cage to protect my kids from flying off the trampoline. I also love that it has the protector around the metal springs that way if they happen to fall they won't hit them hard. The only thing that I disliked about the mesh cage is that the plastic hooks that keep it in place come off as the kids are jumping. We constantly have to clip those back on. Other than that, we love how it bounces, it is not super heavy to move/drag, and it's easy to clean.

I bought this trampoline for my little brother's 10th birthday party. The packaging was in good shape and no issues there. I got it home and procrastinated putting it together until the morning of. The directions could use some improvement. Many of the steps referred to other models. That said, I put it together with my cousin in about an hour or two. The kids had fun and it's still in good shape after a winter. It is on the smaller side, so if I were doing it again, I'd definitely go up a size.

This trampoline was great while it lasted, but once the net poles broke that was out, they went one after the other and you can't get replacement parts. All within one and a half years into ownership. Sad...

I've had this for my son and the leg was wobbly. Turned over and welds on one leg were broke. Didn't even have 6 months. Other than this trampoline was used every day.

Missing 4 springs and when I try to contact the company they do not respond back.

Received with metal scratched up and did not receive all the springs. Had to contact the distributor and they had to mail more springs, which did not match the other springs. Instead of giving us a complete box, they only gave us the amount of springs needed; you would think they would just send a complete box with extra springs for the inconvenience, but not the case. Oh well. The trampoline itself does it's job, but we haven't even had it for an entire summer yet.

Everything about this product is excellent

This trampoline brought extreme happiness to my 8.5 and 2.5 year old plus a few of the neighborhood kids. I got the 10 ft size and was pleasantly surprised with how nice it turned out and how many kids it accommodated. There was one part missing with the poles that go around but we were able to figure it out and you can’t even tell.

Missing springs it only came with 4 it was also missing 2 metal legs and more it came in box wasn’t in best condition but I will update my review in my attempt to exchange it next weekend as this thing is heavy and I’m super busy I regretfully purchased this but if the exchange is any good I’ll set up and leave a review

Simple to put together. Works great. Kids are happy.

This trampoline is wonderful! It took 2 of us about 2 hours to put it together. The net can be tied into the hooks so it does not move after time. That was the longest part.

The box came plastic wrapped as it was ripped to pieces . When assembled the trampoline there was 6 springs missing . Thankfully we were replacing out existing trampoline and had those springs on hand . The non slip plastic brackets that keep the trampoline poles from sliding on the ground were also broken . It didn’t seem to be an issue once assembled. Besides those two things the trampoline is very nice and my kids are enjoying it .

It is really a horrible expience of this purchase. the item itself looks good. however, it had not provide enough springs. I found a short of 14pcs spings. Even worse, I can not get real help from Homedepot. I tried only customer service, it provide a vender phonenumber. I tried the phone number, endless waiting online. I tried homedepot's customer service call, another endless waiting. I just want the 14 spring which supposed to be in the package! Are you really care your customers?

Great product but terrible delivery experience by Home Depot. Trampoline was delivered to wrong address and missing some parts. Once I received the actual Trampoline and missing parts, no complaints. Excellent Trampoline.

Good quality trampoline. My husband and I put it together in about 30min. It seems durable and like it will last. Kids love it and there was plenty of room for 3 young kids to jump. (5,4,3 yr)
