In all fairness 2 is the highest I can give for our tub. Upon testing in our garage we discovered 3 leaks 2 were where the hot air jets are installed, the other was a T fitting and hose connection. Called the customer support folks to initiate a case file, Kemy was very helpful getting the replacement parts to me in about a week. Had the parts installed yesterday, we will test again to ensure everything is leak-free for the installation in the house.

Not all of us want a basketball court sized bathroom, much less a pool sized bathtub. What we want is: A deep tub. A whirlpool option. A reasonable visual size. And little strain on our water meter and hot water costs. Oh yes, and our plumber would like a straightforward installation. I like the ever clean feature it has and it is deep and wide enough to get in and out of easy.

The tub is wonderful. I bought it for my senior parents bathroom. It is well made, nice to look at, and wow talk about powerful jets. It is easy to use and my parents just love it. The only thing is the directions could of been more forth coming and the shipping when it arrived was scary, the pallet it sat on was busted. And the bands on the box were busted, box torn . Fortunately, my contractor opened it up and the tub was wrapped well. It is very well made with quality workmanship. I highly recommend this tub.
