No problems with the door. The installation was difficult but not the fault of the door.

I like it, but the white is sand, or tan color, not white. I give it a 8/10 because of the color. I will buy another for my side door, but will get black.

Haven't gotten the door yet, but it looks nice and it's what I had in mind. Just hope it lasts since it's in an area that gets the rain.

The door quality is good, however, the contractor that installed the screen door did not complete the job. He did not complete the chalking around the door. We have not heard back from him. Margaret

The doors are very attractive and looks good for my condo. When the door is seen, everyone likes the look of it and the ease of it when opening and closing the screen door.

Door was exactly what I wanted and installed with no problems. There was one issue but no fault of the door design, but the mounting hardware location ended up between the door mounting woodwork and the rough framing opening. This weakened the mounting somewhat.

This security door is very good and is strong with a very attractive design. It was easy to get into place but the tools didn't work well. The bolts werehard to get in.

This is the second one of these I’ve purchased. Great product. Leave the door open with the security door locked and get the cool night breeze.

The door is beautiful. However, it didn’t fit in the framing of my house I had to return it I’m very saddened that it wouldn’t and had to return it.

Beautiful, sturdy door delivered on time to store and pickup was a breeze but after it was installed at my rental house, I heard a pop noise when opening and closing. It appears the metal mesh wasn't set or welded right, not sure. Fortunately, tenants are okay with it. I didn't want to have to go through the whole process of getting it removed, return it to Home Depot, ship it back, buy another, etc. It may be the only flawed one out there but who knows.

Fit perfectly. Installed easily with the help of my son because of the weight. We are very happy with the door.

The old closure was not removed soon enough and punched a hole in the door during installation. Not what I call a real "security" door. It is nice to look at and I like being able to have the inner door open during nice weather. Home Depot did replace the door because the installer damaged it. All in all I am pretty happy with it.

Door fit as advertised. Looks good, client happy. There is extra framing pieces in the packaging that are not apparent until cardboard is removed. Looks like door is a few inches taller than specified.

Received damaged. The screen had a hole in it; the bars were bent and on the whole the door was flimsy. I have returned it.

Not as good as the La Entranada security door and not happy I have not received the 30 dollars promo statement credit on my Home Depot credit card for spending over 300 before July 31st very disappointed!
