Good Product

EASY TO INSTALL WITH THE VIDEO FOR THE ITEM LISTED ON HOME DEPOT WEB SITE.

The door delivered was a returned door which had multiple scrapes and scratches and one channel bent at one corner that the installer had to bent it back in shape in order to finish the installation.

Door have started to rust

The door was all bent at the top and bottom of the door like somebody returned it and you re sold it I buy a lot of stuff from you guys this door looks like garbage. PS Not happy at all with this door.

We had several difficulties installing the door closer. Not very much room allowed at top of door for mounting.

We are on our 3rd door! All the previous doors were damaged, all in the same place. The doors were put upside down in the box. Either the people putting the doors in the boxes can’t read or they simply don’t care.

Door is very well constructed and attractive.

Order# H0127-58132 . The Installer brought out doors that were damaged. I believe Home Depot tried to pass off damaged doors to me. I don’t appreciate that and am getting a refund and canceling my order.

It is an attractive door but the screen arrived damaged and had to fight to get it replaced; not with the manufacturer but with Home Depot. HD said I'd have to buy a whole new door just to get the screen. Manufacturer said otherwise and interceded on my behalf. The lock is slightly off kilter requiring an extra effort to lock and the frame to be shimmed out somewhat. Door needs just a little more clearance at the top to allow a stronger door closer, instead of the one that comes with the door. It's installed so it's fine.

I am really pleased with my doors. The overall drilling was good. The minor problems were outweighed by the good.

This is a very nice storm/security door, we also bought the locks with it. I am happy with everything I got from the Home Depot. I wanted to be able to leave the door open and get fresh air, and not worry my dog might break through the screen because a person or animal was on our property. I love the look of the door, and feel secure with it. Worth every penny!! Ken

I love my season security door. It is a beautiful design and the security aspect brings peace of mind.

My doors insect screen insert frame has a bend defect in it. I am going to call the number or whoever and try to get a new or exchange unit.Otherwise I like this door very much.I think the mounting frame could be made out of a thicker and heavier metal.

The door was wopped it doesn’t sit right

The security door/w-screen is a very excellent choice for me. It is stylish, heavy construction, and excellent price. The installation was done yesterday, and I am pleased with the Installer's professionalism, courteous, quick and efficient installation of the door. Would highly recommend this door.

It’s beautiful. Love having the glass on the bottom so my dog can look out the door and not worrying about a torn screen.

Very strong door.

With the all season even I can change out the glass for the screen. Looks wonderful, pleasantly surprised how good. I have sen other security door that allow hands to go thru, mesh/metal screen only. This door is the best.

The product is beautiful and saving us money on energy in this winter period.

Door fit just as it should after adjusting from left hinge to right hinge. Great product. Well constructed.
