The perfect fit for my wood stove, but it started to warp and swell after 1 month. Then it started to crack and fall apart.

I purchased this grate for our wood stove December 2019 used it for a few months went to start a new fire in December 2020 and looked at the grid and it was cracked so it did not even last a year.

Have not used it yet but if it works as well as it looks I'll be happy:)

I’ve had about 15 fires on it and it’s starting to sag in the middle. It looks good out of the box tho. I’m going to search for a higher grade grate next time.

This item lasted only 6 month before it disintegrated. I had no idea cast iron could be so fragile. I used it in an oak wood fireplace.

There was hardware for only 3 legs. The grate has 4. Thanks!

Heavy duty, Legs are bolt-on which is great for my purpose!

Bought G26 Christmas 2021. Saw reviews with units' fails, so added 4 x (3 x 1/2 inch carriage bolts) cut same as existing legs and fitted in places where other's units failed; were bolted between the cross beams using heavy washers to share the load. Even with extra support unit started to lose it's shape and bend in other unsupported places after about 6 months! By spring it broke into 2 short pieces that I placed end to end in the stove, but these fell apart as well. Waste of time and money!

Using it in my Buck Stove, works great

I don't like the screw-on feet. The previous grates were all one piece.
