The edges were about 1/4", which given the the long...
The edges were about 1/4", which given the the long dimension, makes this grill rather flimsy... coupled with being made from very soft steel, makes it barely functional for it's designated purpose... the price is a bit steep, all things considered, but this type of part isn't easily found if you're not in the HVAC business !
