Seems to be built well, sturdy, comfortable. Very close tolerances on the drillings, you may want to align all screws/bolts before doing any final tightening. I am counting on it lasting a long time !

This swing is great! Easy to assemble and looks amazing. We have gotten many compliments on it since we put it up on our porch. You will need to purchase some type of s hook or spring to hang it to the ceiling mounts. We got springs and love it

This is a fantastic porch swing - it comfortably fits 3 people and my kids love laying down on it to read. It was easy for my husband and 6 year old to assemble together. We had to pick up the hardware to mount it to the ceiling, but we expected that thanks to the reviews. It's very comfortable and we've spent many hours swinging since we installed it a few days ago.

this trex swing is what i have wanted for a while. hesitated to spend that much money on a porch swing. finally decided that i really had to since i live at venice beach, ca. the weather is really hard on outdoor furniture. usually you must protect it to the degree that you can not really enjoy it. trex makes it possible to use 24/7 and hose off, and use it again. i bought it in charcoal black and love my choice. my neighbors are complimenting me on it all of the time. delivery was faster than promised and was placed where i wanted it. i always depend on home depot; and now you know why......

The swing was easy to put together and we had all of the parts that we needed. The swing is very strong and well made. Very pleased with this purchase.

The swing was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It looks beautiful on the porch. I would recommend the swing from Home Depot to anyone.

I am going to LOVE my new porch swing (and I better for the price!), BUT BE WARNED!!! The swing does not come with any hardware to mount it to the porch and also does not come with 2 additional s-hooks that are needed to hang. Look at the instructions and you will see what I mean. I ended up spending an additional $70 to get the swing properly hung and to buy additional and better hooks.

My swing arrived on time. I got it in the color called tree house, which is a better choice than I expected. The finish is very pretty and has a very smooth feel. It is pricey, but I decided to buy a swing that should last and not one that will break down in a few years. I do recommend knowing what hardware you will need to hang your swing. I thought, my mistake, that would be included with the chain. It is not, so then I had to order parts to hang it as I wanted a strong support and the big box stores do not carry what I wanted in the stores. I put it together in about 20 minutes. Super easy and all the pre-drilled holes lined up. I'm a small female and it was no trouble at all.

This swing does appear to be pretty good quality and I think it will last a long time. The edges aren't as smooth as I would have expected. The color was also not the same shade as pictured. It was more faded and didn't look as rich as I would have expected for the price. It's still a decent swing, just can't say I was thrilled with it.

This swing is just beautiful, was easy to assemble, and has more than met our expectations. We would recommend this product to anyone and expect to enjoy it for many years to come! Has an amazing warranty, too!

I had been shopping for a swing for years. One day I decided to see if trex made a swing. We love this swing: it was easy to assemble, is strong and durable, the color is perfect, it is soft to the touch, it will never splinter or need painting. It's perfect. You can spend less...but I wanted longevity and safety for my grandchildren.

I purchased the Trex swing in black. It was delivered nicely packaged with no damage. It does require a little assembly such as installing the arms, back and seat. My husband put it together by himself in about 30 minutes. It came with the chains, which are a nice gauge and easily hold the swing. He did buy two eye bolts to install into a 6" wood beam on our front porch. The swing is beautiful! It's well made and very sturdy. I was a little hesitant to order it due to the price as compared to a wood swing, but I'm glad I did. We've had wood swings before and they never last more than a couple of years. I think we'll have this one for a while! I choose the black swing to match the black front door. Also put a couple of colorful pillows on it. Several neighbors have noticed and complimented us on it. It's also a nice place to sit and gently swing.

Great looking swing, but a little tricky to assemble

We chose this particular swing due to the quality, durability and maintenance free characteristics. Overall, perfect swing. Assembly took an hour and instructions were easy to follow. Only complaint is the very shiny metal chain that is included with the swing.

I'm very pleased with this product. I found it easy to put together out of the box - maybe 30 minutes. It had all the tools and parts. It does not include hooks to hang swing from rafter. It is well-made and looks good. It is Trex so its not natural wood. But from a couple of feet away - you can't tell that it is not natural wood. Kids and wife love it. Neighbors are jealous.

W e purchased the 5' Trex swing after looking online and comparing other Polywood swings. The swing was delivered ahead of the estimated time. Assembling the swing went off with no problems. Everything fit, all the holes lined up and the provided tool made installing the screws and bolt effortless. All the hardware was stainless with the exception of the S-Hooks, which we replaced with stainless ones. The swing is very sturdy and two people can sit with out it flexing. A definite excellent buy

Looks great once put together and seems to be working well also. One of the issues I had was that the instructions included were for a different swing style. Not a big deal, it is a simple put together, or should be. Also, some of the most important holes did not align. The seats structural components did not align and I had to drill new holes. Crossing my fingers this wont affect long-term durability.
