Flooring seems to be very brittle easy to brake or crack. The Winding Brook is not near a gray tone as the pictures.

Normally I don’t write reviews but I have to on this one. Please get a better quality flooring than this one. After less than a month of installation and $1800 later, the flooring chips and bends at the connection point. Ridiculous that a product so expensive chips so easily. I can only imagine a month, a year or even 2 years from now. Highly disappointed

Good looking flooring, the lips on the locks are weak and you have to be real careful putting together or they will break

I do not recommend we’ve had the flooring in for a while and now spots are being held together with duck tape it cracks splits I hate my floors scratches super easy as well don’t waste your money

We put this flooring down in our second bathroom less than 2 years ago. It rated 100% waterproof and said it was designed for kitchen and bathrooms. They lied. The flooring has been in about 16 months and has already started cracking and falling apart. It soaks up any moisture from condensation and the sub floor under neath it is soaking wet. We are having to replace parts of that as well. This was a brand new bathroom addition. Horrible product.

Our carpet had to go after puppy stains. This floor was reasonably priced and easy to install. I did break a few board, so they are not super heavy duty. Floor looks great. Time will tell how long it lasts with kids and dogs.

Looks ok but I didn’t add it to any other room

I’ve had my flooring for a little over a year and within the first couple of months a few pieces chipped out between where the floorboards come together. It has continue to happen and in one spot the floor completely cracked. When putting the flooring in it was not very durable, and would crack easy. I should’ve known at that point and returned the flooring. The only positive I can say is the color is nice. See pictures below. Save your money! Do not buy this garbage.

In spite of their 30 year residential “warranty” my 1 year old floor is chipping and peeling in traffic areas. What good is a floor that fails in such a short time after much expense and labor? Trafficmaster and Home Depot are you listening?

I chose to this based on color and price and the fact it's vinyl to do a friend camper he paid me to flip for him. It turned out great and was fairly easy to work with. I used both a portable jigsaw and a razor to make all my cuts. Had no problems. I used the moonstone color...

I was able to use Consilio Oak Click Lock Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring in my entire home. The installers said it was very easy to install and work with which shortened the installation timeline. I love the color which is very versatile with warm shades of grays and beige. I cannot wait to be able to decorate with coordinating colors.

Installed this floor exactly to specifications and over a perfectly level floor. In about a years time, seams are cracking and peeling. Warranty service has been a hassle thus far. Waiting to see if their 30 year warranty is worth the paper its printed on. Cannot recommend.

We wasted 9k putting this flooring in! This floor is thin, cheap, and not durable at all. Don't buy it, unless you want flooring that lasts less than a year before it just starts falling apart. We have seams lifting, chunks of flooring breaking out between panels, and countless uneven slats with spacing that we have to keep rugs over so we don't scrape our feet. We had this flooring installed by Home Depot in December of 2020. It's only 18 months old, and we are already having to start figuring out a total replacement.

I have put off writing the review because of the application I did. THIS IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. I installed the flooring on an open air screen porch which would void the warranty. That said after several months of rain, sun and dirt, the flooring still looks like new. The seams are tight and the installation (over deck boards) is solid and tight. There are so many negative reviews but after examining the pictures I would have to think they were not properly installed at the beginning.

After a month this is happening, Installed by people who work installing floors and after a month this happened with my floor, very poor quality, I did not want to buy something cheaper thinking that at the price of this product it had a better chance of being durable

I had my kitchen remodeled in March and the floor started cracking in April. At first I was upset with the contractor but the work they did was perfect. The material for the floor was the problem. I have read all the reviews and I want to cry. I am so hurt, the kitchen is beautiful but the cracked floors is what everyone sees right away. I want to know how can I get another floor or my money back.

This flooring was absolutely terrible. The vinyl is peeling like a sticker, we have huge gaps between boards. Boards are breaking in half. We bought it in September 2021, and it already needs to be replaced. We have already reached out to customer service, and they are putting in a claim. I hope that they will replace this with better flooring, because this is awful. At this point, I should have kept the smoke stained peel and stick floor we had before.

I found this flooring extremely easy to work with. There weren’t any warped boards and everything clicked together for a seamless fit.

My mother in law had her floors done and chose this crap , it almost instantly cracked and popped up and its just horrible !!!!! She saved up so much to get this done and was so excited but now I the saddest woman . Home depot needs to make this right!

My husband and I purchased this flooring, price point was good and we liked the color! My husband is a contractor & installs flooring like all the time, upon installation my husband could tell it was a cheaper flooring but had hopes once installed, it would be great but boy were we wrong! It’s been installed TWO months and it’s lifted, chipping & even cracked. The worst flooring EVER!! Contacted the manufacturer to see about our warranty and haven’t received a phone call back & get hung up on.

Great to work with,cuts easy with a large utility knife. Also easy to do cut outs. Looks great. Only con its hard to snap together until you figure out the method,then if goes quicky.

After an exhaustive search of flooring and realizing the difference between waterproof and water resistant we settled on this product from traffic master aka MSI. Paid extra for additional plastic and foam roll lining (recommended by the Home Depot sales people) and had it professionally installed by a Flooring company. Here we are 6 months later and the edges are cracking, peeling, lifting. $3000 in material/labor.

We had this installed all over our new condo- less than a year in, the flooring in the kitchen started coming up in like chunks. It’s now doing it in different areas throughout our home. Our contractor filed a warranty claim, but they won’t even respond even though he sent multiple photos. I’m now filing a claim with the BBB. Just don’t.

This flooring is pure crap it splits it buckles it curls it comes apart I am going back to Home Depot and I'm calling this company I will be insisting they replace my floors close to $3,000 all the way through two bedrooms living room kitchen bathroom I think they knew this is crap and Home Depot sold it anyway

I should have listened to the bad reviews. It separated, peeled, buckled, and chipped all in less than 30 days of being down on the floor. Waste of money and had to not only return 39 boxes but now tear out 10 boxes installed to replace the flooring used with a better product. Please listen, do not buy this cheap flooring you will be out of money, time, and materials! Horrible experience!

Very easy to install made a big difference in kitchen

This material was so easy to use and install. The directions could not be any clearer. I love how it turned out.
