Excellent product for the price. High gloss certainly noticeable. Be careful while installing, as the edges are not very sturdy and may chip, especially when you are aligning by tapping with mallet & floating floor tool.

Happy with it in every regard except I wish it could endure water spillage a ligttle better. Per its description its sup-pose to be quite water resistant, though I know that means its not necessarily water proof like vinyl. We caught some water by a chair where someone had left their bottled water with a loose lid a day or two earlier and the Lamanite in a very small spot did some warping. it will never be spotted by anyone not looking for it but it still leaves me a bit annoyed. Other than that we love the feel, the color. I am very watchful now when people visit.

The flooring looks beautiful (I’d give it 5 stars for looks) but it is NOT waterproof and warps badly if it gets wet for any length of time. It is also difficult to install because it chips and breaks very easily. I would not recommend this flooring based on durability!
