Traffic Master warranty is worthless and Home Depot does not back up this poor product. I owned this flooring for 6 years. It looked awful after just 3 years. Contacted Traffic Master at year 3 and did everything they recommended to fix and it didn’t work. At year 6 I couldn’t stand it anymore and filed a warranty claim with Traffic Master. They made me jump thru quite a few hoops to prove the flooring was defective and eventually denied my supposedly ‘Life Time Warranty’. Flooring was supposed to hold up to just about anything. My issue was just simple scuff marks that wouldn’t go away using Traffic Masters guidance and recommended remedies. I went through the trouble to send them samples of the damaged flooring and they even admitted the flooring was permanently damaged from scuff marks, but since their recommended methods to remove scuff marks didn’t work I must have abused it or did something wrong. Really??? My household consists of 2 senior adults and 2 yorkie dogs! Bottom line, DON’T buy this flooring.

Beautiful floor! Delivered ahead of schedule. A little bit tricky to install, but once the guys got the hang of it, the installation went quickly and smoothly.

We have had this flooring installed in our kitchen for 5 to 6 years. The seams will not hold over time. Trust me!!! We have several places were the seams have pulled apart leaving a gap that collects dirt. The floor was properly installed. My next complaint is that while the textured surface does make it look like tile all those tiny dimples/textures collect dirt. If you have dogs and shoes running in and out you'll have to scrub the floor on your hands and knees w a brush.

The locking ledges were all different thicknesses. We only discovered what the problem was offer countless weekends and hours trying to lay the floor.

Looks great! I have someone install it for me and he said it was a little difficult to set the tile. He did the bathroom in an hour so it couldn’t have been too bad!

Excellant product

I just finished installing this in our kitchen and laundry area, about 400 ft2. I put it on top of sheet vinyl that had been there 25 years. It took about 20 hours, patience, and some Motrin. We like the look of it, the chairs slide across it easily, it cleans easily, it is soft to walk on and it has some thermal insulation to it, making it feel warmer in cold weather. If you are installing it, consider how many corners and odd shape areas you have. You will spend most of the time on the odd places, cutting the tile to fit. In open areas it goes down very quickly. I had to learn the hard way to fit it together carefully rather than bash it together with a mallet, I broke the edges of a box of tile. You sometimes need to push and wiggle the long edge to get tong and groove together. Then you need to tap it with a mallet to snug the joint, but it should be very close to start with. Use sharp blade to cut and don't press hard.

Very difficult to work with.it did or “click and lock” as promoted. I would not recommend this product for a diy.

Good product but had to return. Much darker than online picture. Suggest you put at least a sample piece in stores to be able to see actual color, etc.

Worked real well in my motorhome bath and bedroom. Product color was just what I needed. Looks fantastic.

If it weren't for a great product of this nature I would have had to hand my various floors torn up and replaced. This is a non-porous Beautiful Finish product and I couldn't be happier with it.

Easy to install and the quality of the material is outstanding. I ordered this online and was a bit worried about the color being true to description, but it was perfectly as described (i.e. beige, brown option), and looks beautiful!!

The product looks really great on the floor! Receiving the shipment to the store without broken edges was difficult. First order had to be returned. I believe it will be as great as it looks. Installation was not easy because there is no flexibility in the tile.

Our contractor suggested this floor to us. Having read some of the reviews, I was concerned about the installation as many indicated that this was a difficult floor to install with no visible lines. Our contractor had experience putting this floor down and it looks amazing. I would recommend.

This is a good product. I have already used it in one bathroom. My rating has to do with the shipping. This box was left at the foot of my driveway in a snowbank behind my garbage cans. It was almost picked-up as trash. I called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything that i needed to file a complaint with UPS. This is a Home Depot private label product.

The installer said that if was not hard to install. The pattern is much busier than I had imagined and it doe not resemble real stone in look or feel like I had assumed it would.i need to see how I like it as time goes on. The color is good.
