Bought to replace my old hedge trimmer used to prune monkey grass every spring. This trimmer doesn’t cleanly cut through the leaves - instead it chews them up, significantly damaging the plant.

Simple to use and operate. Bought the "Hedge Trimmer" for taking out Blackberries and it does a great job. Actually do not have any hedges but sure like the way it cuts the blackberries (and snow berry) at ground level. Plug in and Go!

this is the only product in its price range worthy of purchase, it "ate" 30 ft of overgrown holly in mins... longevity of its service is unknown since I only used it the one time and shows "0" wear, but first impression is "WOW" ..easily sliced thru 1/2 inch branches and chewed threw 3/4+ in branches with ease... in less than ten mins.. the wife went back inside to get the phone to take video .. of the progress and by the time she came back out I was done so pics of some not touched on the other side of porch will have to do, not quite as tall as the ones I already cut but...... AGAIN … WOW.. the only complaint is it is a bit heavy .. HOWEVER.. if you want power from a hand held cutter its got to have enough motor to give results so .. ill happily deal with a heavier trimmer and short bursts of work.. and the amount of results for those short bursts is nothing short of AMAZING!!!... for 50 BUCKS . look no further.. this is your hedge trimmer you wont be disappointed.... Didn't get to finish got rained out but you will get the idea from the pictures.. AWESOME HEDGE TRIMMER

This is exactly what I was looking for. My old trimmer is dull and tired. Toro is a good brand. The price was excellent. I've nearly finished trimming my shrubbery which had become seriously overgrown.

The Toro 22 inch hedge trimmer cut my bushes with ease and excellent function.

So far so good We will see a year from now!

As far as the trimmer goes everything is wonderful it has plenty of power and does everything I need it to. It is much more powerful that the trimmer I replaced. My only issue was with delivery, the box was shredded and the was a chip in the paint but the trimmer was still in perfect working condition so not much of a complaint.

I like this trimmer and it is light and the handle work great for vertical or horizontal cutting. I wish the trigger could be a little easier but once I got used to it it worked great.

This trimmer cuts out all the time and is noisy. When I got it, it had a loose part rattling around inside it. Buy something else.

The hedger worked ok except the switch to lock it on was faulty and the unit had to be returned.

I would buy it again, it's light and works perfectly for my jobs around the house which aren't big. Clearly you would not buy this if you were looking for anything but smaller clean up jobs as it's not overly powerful.

Used it once and the trimmer died. I returned it .

First hedge trimmer I've ever bought and ever used. Easy to use and cut thru everything I needed it for.

This replaced a prior hedge trimmer I had for several years. It does an adequate job.

I returned the trimmer after one use. The blades rattled and the trigger would frequently disengage. Not impressed with the quality!
