I bought these to control traffic in my place of business. I foolishly assumed the Orange portable delineator came with a base but it did not. The weighted base was/is an additional cost that I was not willing to pay for so, I returned the items. I thought it a bit tacky that Home Depot did not describe the item and note that it did not come with a base. What good is a traffic cone without a base? I don’t think people would pay attention to them if they were just laying flat on the ground! I copied and pasted the item description and it does not mention that it needs a base. The base is as much as the cone! Yeeesh! TD5100 Ring top Tubular Delineator is 48 in. tall and has 2 bands of 3 in. High-Intensity reflective sheeting. perfect for my project

This is well made just like the ones the city uses. The price was reasonable and it makes a great unit to use in the garage to prevent bumping into the wall.

Use for an event and they work well

We bought these for my son to learn how to parallel park. They were perfect because he could see how far he was away from it even in a 3/4 ton truck. My husband said they can also be used for a punching bag as long as they have the base on them. lol

Easy to use.

We bought these alon with the bases to use to teach our daughter how to parallel park. With the bases, they held up in some strong winds without blowing over. I would recommend this product.

I purchased these for 2 teen-aged girls learning to parallel park. They are working perfectly.

Work good for barricading with caution tape around work area

I bought five of these and the 15-pound bases. They look great and am pleased with them. Unfortunately, one of the delineators apparently was hit the second week in use, causing the base to crack. The base still holds up the post, but it is not quite so sturdy. I am now looking around to see how I might repair the base.
