Name is misleading as out of the four different brands of hose I have, this one is by far the worst at kinking. Once kinked, it will stay that way until you pull it out straight and taught again. I have wasted so much time trying to “train” this hose to stay unkinked but the kinks have memory and always collapse as soon as there is any bend. I finally cut into smaller bits I could use for draining my rain barrels. I’ll never purchase this brand again.

I've own various "Neverkink" type hose for many years & the last one purchased from Home Depot. Neverkink do not work especially if your hose is long. Hose is too long for one nozzle to spin around. My 50 feet heavy duty hose broke at the female end. These aluminum ends are so fragile and brake easily. My hose came with the lifetime warranty and after going through the process, I've learned that the company "Teknor Apex" does not care for their customers nor will stand behind their product.

Bought one which burst after 10 minutes of use, traded it in for a new one which also burst after one day hanging on a hose reel.

Had this for a little over a year. Disappointing that it's kinked and has a leak where it split. Pretty expensive hose for use in only 1 summer

It kinks as much as the hose it was replacing. Very misleading.

Kinked up right out of the box, and one year later is bulging in places that indicate the end is near, see photo!

They kink easily. Then sprung leaks where it kinked. I was only dragged across thick zoysia grass. The end popped off the last one when the water was turned on (60 psi). The NeverKink hoses were much better years ago.

Bought this to use with a 2800 PSI pressure washer. Got it hooked up and within an hour there was a huge flow of water shooting sky high from this hose breaking…

Leaked from the assembly below the point of faucet connection.

Horrible. See picture. Cannot handle any pressure.

This hose will galvanically weld to your brass spigot, forming a bond that is stronger than the spigot itself.

I thought this was great when I first got it, but within 6 weeks of normal lawn watering use, it had 3 big bulges with leaks. it looks like a snake just ate 3 eggs and there is water spraying out of each of those areas.

I connected it to my spigot and a significant amount of water was already leaking from the connector. After about 30 minutes of use the hose burst in the middle. Checking the full hose there were four or so bulges in the line where it was about to explode as well. Worst quality hose I have ever purchased.

Connectors are not chrome they are polished aluminum unless Teflon tape is used on male end of hookup will fuse forever the connection electrically corrode and fuse forever

I bought this a month and a half ago and it leaked a little at the faucet. None of my other hoses leak at the same faucet. Today, second use and it leaked profusely. Forced to use it to water in fertilizer. Water gushed at my foundation for 15 min.

Been using this hose for a few months now and I am really pleased with it. The build quality is good, it's nice to handle and it never tangles because it never kinks. I will be buying more like this in the future.

This is not a kink free hose. worse yet I had to buy a new washer as the included washer was a bit undersized

Like the other posters here have said this hose kinks and BADLY. I have mine on a hose reel and noticed after about 10 months it started to kink and just got worse. I do NOT suggest buying this hose and if you do your going to be sorely disappointed.

75 deg F day. Was watering my garden. Had the hose out for 2 hours and it bulged an started leaking.

This NEVERKINK "kink resistant" hose arrived PRE-KINKED in an undamaged shipping box. I have not removed the packaging. Clearly, it was shipped to me in a defective condition.

Received hose and it seemed fine. I connected it outside and turned on the faucet. Within minutes a hole popped in the hose.

I have no problems with kinks. being from the boating industry, coil and uncoil. that's operator error. I have one hose with a brass nozzle on it, and because of electrolysis, brass and very cheap aluminum. it's impossible to remove the nozzle. I have one hose with no nozzle on it, and is less than a month old. and is oxidizing, pitting, dissolving on its own. can only use cheap plastic nozzles. even then it's still going to dissolve

SEVERELY KINKED FROM THE FACTORY !!! I REMOVED THE BANDING AND CARDBOARD ONLY TO FIND THE BRASS HOSE END PRESSED INTO THE HOSE KINKING IT :( BACK IT GOES !!!

I would have retuned it but I needed it to bleed my heating system and had a replacement fitting on hand. The hose is very stiff even after running warm water through it. Impossible to coil up.

Extremely disappointed with this hose. Despite all of my efforts they kink CONSTANTLY. I have two 100ft and one 75ft, I've tried them on hose reels and loose and the outcome is the same. They always kink and most of the time they kink in multiple places. I attached a photo of an every day occurrence of three KINKS in less than 20ft of hose. Also the gauge on the female end of the hose make it impossible to put on a reel, it KINKS on the attachment. BUY ANY OTHER HOSE!

I bought 2 100 foot hoses in the Spring. They kink up just as much as a "Regular Hose" and one of them is expanding in the middle of the hose in 3 places. I wish I kept my receipt but it was 3 months ago. I will never buy this product again. Check out the hose in the photo. There are 3 places in the hose like this and I never leave the water on or pressure in the hose. I always bleed it out when I roll it up.

We have had the hose about 2 months and is blistered and burst, springing more than a leak. Taking it back to HD for a replacement. I am not sure I would buy another one.

I have had this Hose for 11 months it constantly kinks I am surprised it took this long before it leaked.

We bought this hose 2 weeks ago. It has already split in two places.
