Wonderfully Easy!
Went to Big Blue store for Koehler toilet gasket. Not available. From the parking lot called Home Depot to see if they had the part. Within two minutes received text showing about 100 toilet parts. Took another minute to see four views of the part I needed including what the packaging looked like! Drove to HD. Found the part. Thank you Home Depot. BTW, they would have delivered it free within 3 days. Wow!
