Great toilets. Highly recommend. Great flush when it's needed. Great for kids. Like the "normal height" so much better than ada. I'm 5'-6". I had a 11 inch rough in & this 12" rough toilet worked with about 1/2inch to spare from back of toilet to the wall & 1/8 from baseboard. (I have thick baseboards). I read this model can fit on as little as a 10.75 rough in. I don't have quarter round on the baseboard.

This is our second purchase of this model toilet and it was based on the superior performance of the first one bought 9 years ago. It's worth the extra money to buy a Toto toilet. We have one more to replace in our house and it will be another Toto, but this time it will be the tall, elongated version.

I was able to install the Toto toilet very easily. Materials are of highest quality. With this installation, we now have Toto toilets in all bathrooms except one, and that one will definitely be replaced soon with a Toto! They never clog, even when our 6 grandsons visit at the same time! Best toilet on the market in my estimation.

We have been using this toilet for about ten days now, and it has flushed clean every time. The noise level is about the same as our previous toilet, which is not bad, and it seems to be very water efficient. We like the size and shape of this toilet since we were remodeling a rather small bathroom, and the dimensions of this Toto Drake toilet gave us a few more inches, and seemed to open up the bathroom, even with the addition of a bidet which we did not have before. My only concern is that the handle style seems to be unique to this brand, so when I wanted to change the handle to match the rest of the bathroom fixtures, I could not. But that is a very minor point.

I had been having consistent problems with the old toilet that was in the house I bought 2 years ago. I finally decided to replace it, did some research and came across this one. It had great reviews on various websites, so I decided to buy it. It arrived on time and in great condition. I have never replaced a toilet before, and had my mom (who also had never done it before) help me install it. Only one slight issue--it seems like the tank doesn't sit on the bowl very securely. We had issues getting it aligned properly during the installation. Make sure you have a level on hand for the job too! I couldn't find mine, so we used a book and a glass of water in lieu of the missing level. It worked well enough, and we got it installed correctly on the first shot (no leaks!). Overall, this was a fantastic purchase, and I will be buying a second one now for the basement bathroom! You can't beat the quality, value, and performance at this price! It has such a quick and powerful flush, but not loud--just whoosh! and it's gone. All of it. I've seen toilets cost twice this price and only flush half the job. I love it, and highly recommend to others. Don't forget to buy a lid too, it doesn't come with one.

Used it 4 years now- on my third broken handle. And not cheap- of course it’s only a special Toto handle. Flushes well at least. But not worth the ongoing hassle.

Great standard toilet. Had it installed for 2 months and it has been able to handle the largest and hardest of poos! 5 Stars. I bought 2 of these toilets.

Toto toilets are the best. Large water tank and super efficient flushing system. Only negative is this model is very short , needs to be taller style.

Wow, i'm sure impressed. When I installed it and saw it flush i thought i'm in trouble barely any water is flowing. Then nature called. Full disclosure i'm known throughout the land for clogging toilets. Still no clogs a week later. Very well designed. It had odd markings on the back of the tank that i was told was normal and that people can't see anyway but are a bit odd.

This is a flushing good toilet! Everything gets blasted down in one flush.

I researched toilets and Toto seemed like a good product. As soon as it was installed, I realized I hate the interior of the bowl! It’s not smooth- it has a second curve that highlights the water fill line, looks greyish, and makes the toilet look old and dirty. It flushes well and quickly, but it is noisy. I can overlook the noise, but I can’t get past the aesthetics.i want my toilet to look pristine and that interior curve ruins it- hard to see in a photo, so didn’t include it. Won’t replace my other toilet with this style.

A part was missing for installation of toilet but Home Depot resolved the issue quickly. I am very satisfied with the product and Home Depot’s customer service. Mike A.

It’s a bit noisier than I expected but I really appreciate the glaze that means it hardly ever needs cleaning. Also very efficient with water which is a consideration in our area.

This toilet has stood up to my two big teenage grandsons. I wish I had this years ago. It would have save me time money and most of all arguments. Yes it is quite loud, but I love it because I know it is doing its job. Our old toilet upstairs was clogging a lease twice a week. Now no clog/no mess.

Over priced, doesn't flush well.. actually got rust on the inside on the porcelain under the water.

Ideal height for adult whose height is under 5 feet.

I purchased two round Toto toilets four years ago while living in Florida. They were the correct size due to doors opening. I had no hesitation to order the same item so they wouldn't actually look like an actual "throne" in the bathroom.

*Bowl and Tank were shipped in two separate boxes so was easy to pick-up and transport in my 4 door sedan. *Toilet works well for liquid only or solid waste with one flush. *Liked that the flush valve is a standard design and available at Home centers. Flapper valve is unique to Toto though. *Installed in 4 hours with help. *Have used for three weeks only so cannot give opinion on durability over long run. *Back of tank lid finish was not as good as rest of tank. Minor flaw. It can't be seen because it faces the wall. *Unit is white.

We had a toilet in our small powder room which clogged every week. Very frustrating and embarrassing for our guests. We needed a toilet to fit in a small space that wouldn’t clog. We purchased the Toto Drake 1.6 round. It fit perfectly. We keep waiting for it to clog, but after three months -not once! There is some type of pump that helps push the contents through. Be aware it doesn’t t come with a seat. In addition it is not a higher toilet so if you need a high model this may not be ok for you. However, my grandfather who has hip issues has had no problem using it. I would recommend this toilet.

The Toto toilet looks great and works great. Very pleased with it.

Terrible experience with Home Depot, but finally got my toilet. Works as expected. Would buy again, but from somewhere else.

We are thinking of ordering another we are so pleased. We had a lot of clogging problems with the toilet this replaced. After a month we have had zero issues with this one. Coupled with the fact that this is a low gpf toilet that will save on water, and a good price, it is highly recommended.

Bowl was cracked, product was useless. This was a special order.

Horrible experience, toilet was badly broken when I got it home. I did not order another one from Home Depot, I purchased one from a more reliable source.

We bought one of these toilets before Christmas. It handles solid waste and excessive toilet paper use without any problem. Flushes quickly and thoroughly. No prolonged swirling water. We like it so much we bought one for our other bathroom.
