Does not work on 110 volt circuits, this was a disappointment.

Unfortunately the timer failed to do anything. I have hesitated to attemp to return it and by now, its probally too late.

Not the same quality as Intermatic. But, it did what we needed. Secondary WH we only turn on an hour per day. Nice thing is this doesn't require a neutral. (2 hots and ground) Some reviews complain about 1 set of trippers. A WH usually runs about 3 hours a day. So if you need 2 sets, you probably don't need a timer.

Replaced old ones that went out.

Out of all the different types of timers I selected the one for the specific task I wanted to control. The timer was made for control of the hot water heater function and easy to install.

There is only one time slot there should be multiple.

I wish I had bought the Intermatic model, this is a cheaply made product from China

Does exactly what it's suppose to do. No problems with it at all so far.

Timer motor fails to keep time, it lost over twelve hours in one week.

Replaced older failing unit

Do not buy this device. The first one I bought would not turn off and the second unit sometimes will not turn on. A huge waste of time and effort.

Your papers said 3 sets of trippers, came with 1. You cant get the ground wire to the lug easily. I suggest they have a single large lug that will accept both the supply side and the water heater ground, or a "paired lug" system similar to the 2 power legs.

In the description specifies that it comes with 3 pairs of trippers. In reality it only came with one pair.

It Does the job as described. There is not much room for wiring with hard wire, but it can be done.

The on/off switch is very flimsy(cheap)

It was broken in the package, I did read not realize it until drilling into the case and mounting the clock, so could not return it. The external manual lever was broken, and the drive motor for the clock was loose behind the timer mechanism. Very disappointed.

I got it installed without any issues - contacted support and got a second set of timer keys - Yes doing the job
