About This Product
Our 24-Hour Water Heater Time Switch is used for all Water Heater applications. The Automatic ON/OFF control of electric water heaters. Schedules the water heater to turn ON only when needed, avoiding energy waste when hot water is not needed.

- Scheduling is a minimum ON is setting 20 minutes with a minimum OFF setting of 75 minutes, dial accommodates up to 12 pairs of trippers, ONE pair of trippers supplied, it features an external manual override until the next regularly scheduled ON or OFF automatic operation then resumes

Unfortunately the timer failed to do anything. I have hesitated to attemp to return it and by now, its probally too late.

Not the same quality as Intermatic. But, it did what we needed. Secondary WH we only turn on an hour per day.
Nice thing is this doesn't require a neutral. (2 hots and ground)
Some reviews complain about 1 set of trippers. A WH usually runs about 3 hours a day. So if you need 2 sets, you probably don't need a timer.

Out of all the different types of timers I selected...
Out of all the different types of timers I selected the one for the specific task I wanted to control. The timer was made for control of the hot water heater function and easy to install.
