Great cover for the outlet I have on my outside deck area. It is much better than what I already had.

This product is excellent. Priced right ($4.50), easy to install, and was "just what the doctor ordered".

So far so good , have wait in see how holds up in all out door weather comes with only 2 screws for adapter , with four holes , so get extra screws in hardware have to drill 1/8" holes in plate not hard , has guide holes , install inside cover just read instructionsyes buy again , have got 10 so far

Very ease to install and use

The doors don't latch very well. When it is windy, they blow open. I am going to replace them with a different cover.

This provided the perfect protection from the elements and still allows for the functionality and access to the socket. I replaced all of my outdoor outlet covers with these for the christmas holiday. Perfect.

Easy to install

I really like these covers, particularly the deeper ones, where I can leave a plug in place. But I bought these for the Bahamas, where I want a cover that keeps the water off, but does not try to seal the outlet, as it's important that the outlet can dry.

Replacement for broken cover. Not as big as the original cover, but that's ok. Slim cover works fine.

The clear cover has a protrusion behind the mounting screw area top and bottom. The cover is supposed to fit by loosening the two receptacle screws and sliding under the screws. Then tighten screws to secure . Bringing the cover flush to the box . WRONG WRONG WRONG !!.. The problem is that the back has protrusions instead of recessed pocket for the receptacle tabs. This causes a 1/16" gap between the cover and the box. So if you want to use 1/16" extra of mucky poo / calking / silicone sealer or any thing else to make your job look like you could care less . Buy it. I am a professional of 67 years of age . I just replaced the weather beaten solid grey CARTON cover . Using new 1/8" foam tape to seal the 1/32 gap. Looks excellent and very PROFESSIONAL !!.. DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU DO NOT CARE !!.. Signed Edw. L.
