Hours late and damaged. Imagine if I ran a business where I told you you had to be there from noon to 5pm. Then I didn’t show up till about 8pm with a damaged product.

The window was packaged well and arrived at the store safely for pick up. It was lighter than I expected. The quality seems good to me: uniform, sealed, great visibility, and nice flange for easy install. We replaced redundant French doors with this picture window. Eventually, we’d like to get an awning window of this size. I’d happily recommend the window.

Ordered windows they were on back order due to Covid- Bought these off at Home Depot’s website. Easy to install (rough in) loom great! Didn’t have R value sticker on window

Very satisfied, they look better than I could ever hope for!! Were easy to install, my husband installed them and never complained about anything bring wrong so I think he was pleasantly surprised as well.

Very happy with it. My contractor had to set up a scaffold and cut a rough opening thru a brick wall to get this in and that effort was worth it, given the beauty of this window. I also got Insofast.com insulation panels (2in thick) and though my living rm lost that much interior space along w/ 1/4 in for drywall, it's worth it!

I ordered the window since what I needed was not in stock at the Concord, CA store. After being notified, I picked up the well-packaged window at the store. Customer service was excellent at all stages. The window was intended to replace the original, 60 year-old, somewhat larger, steel framed single pane window in our garage.(see photo). As an old (literally and figuratively) do-it-yourselfer I reduced the rough opening in the wall and with some additional carpentry - including replacement of some of the siding - I installed the new window without any problems, The window looks great, and I hope it will continue to do so for many years.

Pick up the window from home depo it was well packaged. Looks good installed easy to install. It been installed for 2 weeks I hope it last a long time

Paid extra for shipping to my home and now 8 days after it said it would be delivered it still hasn't showed up?? Typical run around from everyone from home depot to the shipping people DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT UNLESS ITS ON THE SHELF IN THE STORE......

This review is not about the window since FedEx after 19 days in transit still has the window. The window is currently at FedEx's Ellenwood, Georgia facility. After many tries to get information out FedEx I finally was transferred to their crises team and was told the window was damaged and I needed to call Home Depot and cancel the order. I called Home Depot and was told that they had no more windows in stock. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

These are very good high-quality windows and packaged very safely so we had no problems

One was broken on the delivery. Had to send it back with the 3 that were not broken according to the rules since it was one order. They gave us a credit for our trouble which was nice. Decided to reorder and pick up ourselves. The windows have only been in couple weeks. They went in nicely and look great.

The Client is very happy. Seems well constructed. It is my first time using this brand.
