the window went right in the framed up opening, it was easy to install as I did the window by myself it only took about a half hour to put in. The little window is kind of cheap but works just fine. I put thiswindow in a 70 year old house.

This is the first time I have installed a glass block window. I had a freind help and it was not hard at all.

This is a well-made product. Other reviews have said that the window seems flimsy. Perhaps the manufacturer has upgraded it, but it seems solid to me. The main thing that distinguishes this window from other glass-block windows is the vinyl frame, allowing it to be installed using the nailing strips they provide.

Very pleased with these windows. The glass blocks exceeded my expectations in looks. The frame around the glass blocks helped in installation and made a nice-looking frame around the windows. Family members installed them, this was their first time installing windows and it became quite simple after installing the first one. Vent opening very large to let in a lot of fresh air. Anyone who is the least bit handy around the house should feel confident in installing them. I would definitely recommend them.

Glass block quality is fine but the vent is a much cheaper product than I would have anticipated. The vent window is made of real glass but the frame is all plastic and seems flimsy. I am concerned about the long term durability of it. Have seen much better quality vents in other brands but this is one of the risks you take when ordering on-line without being able to physically handle the product. If you are looking for an economical solution I would recommend this but you get what you pay for. Packaging of the shipping was horrible. i just ordered this i recieved it in two days and it only took 2 hours to install.The framing is hard plastic and the windows were solid and very easy to install

i love it. my contractor was happy with the installation. i've gotten numerous comments on the great look. it was inexpensive and i didn't have o pay the expense of installing block. my girlfriend is looking to do it too.

I installed three glass block windows to replace the original 49 year old single pane basement windows in my home. The most difficult part of the process was removing the old windows which had to be chiseled and cut away from the foundation. After that the installation was a snap. Put the windows in place, level and plumb them up. and motar them in the opening. You'll need help to do this. Great improvement in appearance, light and security over the old windows.

The size of the window is perfect. The size of the vent is perfect and it's not made of plastic. Which is not easy to buy it some where else at this price.

Nice looking window with a good vent on it. However, the joints were lacking on the silicone so it did not hold together well and you don't get a choice of whether you would like the channel to hold it together or not.

If you have an outside wall in a dark bath it's great. It literally transformed out tiny potty room. It added both light and ventilation and was easy to install.

This window is perfect for a bathroom. It lets in lots of light and the little window in the middle offers some ventilation. The window was a little tough to install by myself because of the weight but if you take out the screen and open the window, you can hook your arm through the opening. I didn't think the nailer strips would be very substantial since they just push into slots on the sides of the window but once you shim the window and caulk the voids, it becomes sturdier.
