Awesome product for shelter I’m using it for a boat and it’s working perfectly !!!!

Just bought and installed this. I thought it might take 1 to 1.5 hours to set up. It took about 8 hours! The poles that are supposed to fit together are poorly manufactured. It was SO much work trying to get them to fit. Also there were several poorly instalation grommets that will probably tear out in no time. This was not worth the money or time. Very disappointed!

I bought this and the enclosure kit a little over a year ago. The enclosure kit lasted about 6 months before all the grommets and zippers started ripping out. The canopy cover lasted a little over a year. Never had any crazy weather, or saw any snow.

I got this 06/05/2013 I have gotten 4 tops for it average time to replace has in the last 2 is less than 2 years

Looks great. Easy to assemble. Check all parts; frame doesn't align properly and some rust has already developed at pipe connections.

Super easy to put together by myself. including going to store for bolts and wingnuts It took about 2-3 hrs to asemble the frame canopy and the enclosure (which i bought seperatly). All parts there and everything fit like a glove.

Good: Reasonable price, Sturdy 2" vertical tubes, hard gloss powdercoat finish, easily modified for deck awning application. Bad: Finish scratched/damaged when packed into box, Plastic feet, valance cover has no grommets on peak-ends, confusing sizing for replacement cover selection.

Do not recommend.

I received this quickly and assemble Time was near an hour, had my wife help stretch the cover. Already rode out snow, wind and rain; keeping dry underneath. I only give it a four because quality control missed the leg connections.

We bought this canopy to use on a job site to cover equipment--it serves the purpose well. Easy set up and looks great. We also bought the enclosure kit--very pleased with the purchase. Great value for the money.

It is designed for a car, boat etc, for vehicles not higher then 6½ '. We have purchased it for a camper trailer - 9' high, so we had to build a 2x6 "pony wall" 30" high. We had to anchor it well to a black top and we are very happy with a result. See the picture

This canopy tent creates good cover from the elements i am using it as a automotive detail area for a car dealership. The assembly was easy maybe 45 minutes with two people. It has held up against the rain and some heavy winds thus far. I fastened it to the blacktop with flush mount rings attached with two foot re bar spikes driven through and strapped it down in six spots it seems very stable.

The instructions were a bit confusing, but once you start assembly, it was very easy to put up. Be sure to use a rubber mallet and don't hammer too hard to make it fit together or the metal will split.

Well made goes up fine. I have one already that use at family reunions and large gatherings.

The first canopy came in it had gotten holes in the canopy from a pallet being set on top of it called Shelter Logic talked to Lee Ann and she took care of it and sent another canopy to replace it very satisfied with the product and the service I received from them Thanks, Berch

I'm pretty upset that I can't buy just the sides I have to pay for the front and back which I don't use. Pretty frustrating putting a new cover on every 3 years or so. Pretty thin plastic.

All conjoining sections should have been factory pre-drilled with nuts and bolts like my old Motoshade did to fully secure it. Just the slightest hint of wind and the legs collapsed. I ended up drilling several holes and now my shelter has survived a winter fully enclosed with my boat inside. At the very least, with pre-drilled holes I would rate it 4 stars. 5 stars if additional hardware was included. I used trampoline springs and 5/16” rope cable for a custom anchor system. 5 stars for customer service. I bought it in the summer and few months later installed it for winter. It came with the wrong size zipper front. They sent a full enclosure kit after providing a copy of my receipt.

Purchase this for our summer camp program. Easy to install. Wish the dimensions were on the canopy for easy replacement.

Very easy to install and it for perfectly. I used on an existing canopy. This product helps tremendously on windy days. As to keep out the updraft gust you get during weather changes.

I actually only needed the front door, however this kit cost about as much as a door replacement. I am satisfied, however one of the grommets was not installed correctly. It was not centered and would obviously pull right out if bungee was used.

Lost it to wind last night. Haven’t had it 3 months. Couldn’t withstand 15 mph with with using the anchors they sent plus some more that I put down for extra.

This product design was not what i expected. It came with no pre drilled holes or fasteners where needed to keep together. i don't recommend this 12 x 20 canopy. Its a bad design, not for your average average home owner.

Canopy blew off and ripped 2 weeks after owning it.

Easy to assemble, provides good shelter from sun and rain. Looks good. The feet are 12’ wide, 7’ tall at sides and 9’ center.

Wrong top angle end tube one missing mised up pitch, kit to expensive, so mad will not buy again

This canopy was just what I needed to cover an area in my back yard that I use for cookouts and family gatherings. The frame is sturdy and the covering seams durable.
