seems to be a quality canopy with easy to follow assembly instructions

4 boxes arrived and we were out in an area with no access to computer and found no instructions. And it was a mess to figure out the details of how to construct with nothing to guide us. Joints go together very hard and the use of a hammer to interlock is essential. Three sizes of bolts and nuts come in one bag with only a few washers. The lack of an instruction book was a deal breaker. No excuse with 4 boxes ….instructions should have been in at least two of them.

The tent is not a 2 inch frame even though it says 2 inch steel. All horizontal pipes are 1.5. Only reason I bought was because its advertised as 2 inch. Then shelter logic never even returned my call. King canopy is much cheaper and better.The 1.5 inch pipes make it a lot weaker.

We purchased the canopy and the enclosure package. We are happy with the canopy and the frame work. However we are not happy with the enclosure part. It does NOT hold up to any wind at all. The first time it was windy all the gromettes on one of the back corner ripped out of the tarp. We repaired it. Today we have more winds and now have the 3 corners with the grommets torn from the tarp. Now there is gaps and the wind gets in even more and causes the zipper to unzip. At present we can't keep the front of our shed closed. I would not recommend this enclosure. I have photos but cannot attach due to site issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Florida Wind/UV eats up these canopies, and after 18 months must be replaced. This is my second canopy and it fits just fine. This time I doubled up the grommets by installing new ones in-between the existing factory grommets. Still, for the price it is worth replacing every 18 months.

Had to sand some of the tubes in order for them to fit together. Also, we ended up with one tube missing so we had to call costumer service to have that peice mailed to us but Shelter Logics costumer service was great and they were able to order the part we needed.

I would have gave it five stars however, during packing or shipping some the poles became smashed at the end causing the opening to become oblong. After struggling I realized that was the issue. Fortunately I have a machinest background and I was able to resolve this problem.

This is a complete replacement of the same type I have had for 10+ years. It is great. Canopy cover only has been replaced several times, but last about 3 years each, since it is up year round.

all the top joints , part numbers10045100471004610048will not fit in. because the residue of the drilled hole and welding reminders inside the pipe.I wanted to return the order. But I had to spend hours to sand inside the above parts.I don't think you people ever assembled one of this.I am very unhappy from Home depot who orders from your company.Reza Nazari

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to put over my deck. It's super sturdy, constructed very well and is beautiful. I've gotten tons of compliments on it.

I have had this shelter in my driveway as a car port for 9 years. With a little extra securing it has been through 9 years of storms and never blown away or torn. I replace the canvas every 3 years because the sun takes it's toll but I have been amazed at how well it has held up. The city just came the other day and told me that I had to take it down because it didn't live up to their codes and I am franticly trying to find something that will satisfy them. It has been perfect for what I needed it for.

I was disappointed that there were missing pieces to the kit. I reached out to shelter logic and they are sending replacement parts. Unfortunately a little to late.

Some of the pipes where dented had to fix them so they would connect other wise good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went together pretty well but a few fitting required sanding to remove excess paint. Also found a little grease helped on some tight fittings.

The white color stands out and keep it cool underneath.

This canopy isn’t very complete didn’t have all the nuts and bolts and it was missing an angle leg tube. It hand one extra roof angle. The tubing is very poor quality and don’t fit well I hade to use a hammer to beat them together. It didn’t come with instructions had to look on line to find out ho.

Wrong parts included -- so some parts were in fact missing from the tent. Parts had incorrect part number stamped on them, so tent was not possible to erect correctly. Needs better quality control and it would be a lot better if they took a simple step like painting certain parts that are similar looking a different color (e.g., white for the four way connectors for side of the tent and grey for the four way connectors for the center spine of the tent).

The shelter was easy to put up. Quality material. Overall very happy with my purchase

I assembled it by myself, so I used extra bolts to hold it all together. Some of the connectors we're dented, which made inserting the straight pipes difficult. Overall, it is a well built structure, the tubes are larger than others that I have assembled. We'll worth the money.

Came missing several pieces needed for assembly

Huge size that's perfect for my application, but it definitely needed additional tek screws to help hold it together and was missing several 2 1/2 in carriage bolts so be sure to get those before you assemble. Anchoring options are also really bad, waiting to cover it til we figure something that wo
