HANDLE SHOULD HAVE A ROTATING KNOW. AND THE TWO SIDES AT THE BOTTOM SHOULD ALSO HAVE THE SPINNING WHEEL SO AS NOT TO SCRAPE THE HOUSE.THE WHEEL IS ONLY IN THE FRONT PORTION, BUT THE INTAKE IS ALWAYS FROM THE SIDE.

I returned this product since the mount base is huge and complicated.

Nice looking. Works well.Might seem a little obvious but make sure to tighten the feeder hose in the back very well before installing, it will leak, I had to take it completely apart to get to it so I could tighten...

I've only had this on the house for 8 months. Even brought it in over the winter. One side of the bracket broke and then the other side. Now its hanging off the wall. I'm the only one that's used it and it was never abused. Clearly a poorly made product and it should be pulled from the shelf.

Tried two reels and they both leaked.

Leaks and does not hold a 100' 5/8" hose

This was fairly easy to install and it solves our problem for our hose. Great purchase.

Instructions not helpful when mounting on brick wall. I can’t get it firmly attached.

Purchased their side tracker wall mount about 2 years ago. They advertise a 3 year warranty and I called to see if I was still under warranty. 7 calls made but unable to get through. 3 emails sent but no response. A fax to President also resulted in no contact. This is a flimsy product. Looking for another brand.

I purchased this hose reel less than a year ago and it went to use it yesterday and it was hanging upside down by one bolt. It broke in two places while not being used. Very disappointed in this product.

The screws weren’t long enough to mount into the wall and after screwing it in and setting it up it leaked horribly where the O-rings are truly a piece of junk cannot recommend

Was leaking. Ended up returning it to store.

A direct replacement for the previous one we had where the mounting hub cracked in 3 places over time and tugging the hose.My only complaint was that the unit I got from Home Depot came with the following missing:Instruction manualMounting hardwareTube of lube.It's a good thing that the mounting hole locations were exactly the same as the original one, so I was able to use the original screws.

This product was easy to mount. It appears sturdy when the hose was initially wound up.

My husband and I bought this to replace the leaky one that was at the house we bought. This worked great to start, but then we noticed that this has been dripping also.

The unit has only one roller on the side to assist in reeling it in or out, front and back ones would be nice

The unit is defective.The unit mounted to the wall fine, but when water pressure was applied it sprayed out of the center of the hub. Upon investigation I determined that the two o-ring seals are missing from the hub and will need to be ordered.

No directions to dis assemble to be able to drill and bolt to wall!

This product has a simple flaw and it's not related to the primary function. The connecting hose that attaches to the unit from the spigot, or faucet has a weak seal and leaks. Because of that the water ran down the wall and stained it allowing for a mold build up. The rotating connection worked fine.

An inexpensive option. This was simply a short term replacement for the same model I had for a few years that finally broke.

Plastic pipe part develops leak every year. Max life is one season. Horrible. Improve pipe construction and material. Otherwise, OK.

It was an upgrade replacement for another smaller reel that was worn out. Very easy to install & I like it!

The reel is fine. Nothing special. Not sure the durability of it. My 100 feet of hose is maxing out the reel. It’s a bit tricky to get it all on there. More like a 75-80 foot hose reel. A ground reel wouldn’t work for my application or I would have gone that route. Time will tell if it’s durable.
