Great
I only wish I had purchased one more. It heats the floor area properly but additional heater needed.

Easy to install
Great directions-- includes a video for how to program the thermostat. Very easy to understand. There are a lot of warnings and "no-no"s for installation, but if you follow all the directions you will be more than satistied with the results.

Warm feet finally
Install was okay, a little time consuming, wiring four mats together was a challenge. Once I got thermostat programmed everything has been working great. Floor is warm and room has not gotten too warm from the floor heating.

Passed the scrutiny of the wife
Within 4 hours of installing under the bathroom floor - got big thumbs up from the wife. And this was after much resistance prior and during the installation (ever been there guys?) I am the hero every morning she walks in the bathroom with bare feet. ( I told ya so > ok - I keep that to myself)

    Can't be placed in mortar
In case anyone else skimmed over the description the way I did, just know that this mat can NOT be mortared under tile. Even the shipping box is labeled with warning labels stating: "Caution, This product is UL Listed only for suspentsion between floor joists." The insturction manual makes it even more clear that you can not mortar this product. If you are a novice trying to make sense of all this, just know that if the picture of the warming mat is cased in blue, then you can't mortar the mat under the tile. If it's just the orange netting (no blue), then it can be mortared under the tile. At least, that's what it seems to me.
