Works as described
I followed the guide for selection and it was right on. I would have purchased the next size up due to our faucet flow rate and the incoming water temp, however, the existing electrical wiring limited me to 30 amps. I am very happy with the unit though.
I wish it had a more durable electrical enclosurel to use conduit or flexible conduit. The enclosure provided is for an electrical cord. Also, I installed a filter before hand because I was told sediments can really mess these up.

Second one in 3years
This is the second heater we buy in 3years, exactly when the warranty expires it broke down and we had to get another one, the electrician came and changed it easily.

I had one previously for many years and it worked...
